Whether you re sipping your morning coffee on the porch, paddling along the bay, or gathering for a family ping pong tournament, this home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and recreation.
Things to Note:
- The pool is available for heating starting October 1. There will be an additional charge of $60/day for the length of your stay to have the pool heated. Please let us know if this is something you would like to add on to your trip.
- Guests have access to all Plantation amenities that include: pickle ball courts, tennis courts, Olympic-style pool, beach access, nature trails, bike paths, fitness center etc.
-This property allows 2 dogs. A non-refundable pet fee of $180 will be charged for the first dog, $50 for the second. Please note that additional fees may apply if we find any damage, excessive pet hair, stains, or waste (inside or outside) upon checkout.
- Please note, The St. George Island Plantation requires a $100 entrance fee. This is included in your reservation as Community Fee.
- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.
-No Smoking/Vaping Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will be assessed to cover the necessary cleaning and deodorization costs.
- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. - We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
