Very nice property...just as listed.

Clean property, nice accommodations, modern appliances, well maintained all around. It felt like home. Sometimes you stay at a property and there are elements that feel out of sorts, but staying here was very comfortable. The owner and property management group were very responsive and adding the pool heat was totally worth the extra money. I'd recommend this property.

Spacious home

This home had plenty of room with 3 bedrooms, a nice size living area and comfortable kitchen and dining area. The pool was small but a good enough size to cool off. The community pool and hot tub were great and we enjoyed going over to the small rec center in the evening to play ping pong. Check in was quick and easy and the home gave us easy access to many activities and was close to groceries and other necessities.

The property was as described. The location is perfect & allows you to disconnect from busy Orlando. The only thing missing was a scale to weigh your luggage when departing. We bought one & left it for your future guess 😀. We will definitely rent this condo again.

The pool area wasn’t completely clean as there was still clothing from the previous guests stay, also the carpet really needs to be cleaned. It would also have been nice to know that there would be no washcloths or dish towels. The townhouse is located in a convenient part of town and for the most part provided a decent stay.

Had you spoken with our property manager in resort, he could have dropped some washcloths and dish towels off for you, had he been aware. We are glad you enjoyed the location.

Confort and a good house layout .

This was my first experience renting a temporary house. Honestly I didn’t believed that it will be so easy. This experience made me plan my next vacation in the same way. The staying in this house was very good, except for some little issues in the house , but in general everything was very good.

The place was nice my kids loved the pool nice neighborhood

Only complaints I had was the living tv wasn’t working and the trash dumpster was full when we arrived so we had to keep out trash bags inside until we checked out because I observed raccoons and vultures ripping trash bags from other dumpsters but I pulled the dumpster out when I checked out

Very nice condo, nicely decorated.

We had a very nice stay for a month and a half. Everything was as expected. Very clean. The owner's rules and expectations were well communicated. The kitchen could have been better equipped. It lacked some common utensils and some that were provided were pretty cheaply made. It would also have been nicer if these condos had their own access to the main highway without having to travel 6-8 minutes through other neighborhoods. Access to most attractions were very close, but Rt 4 and Rt 192 were very busy.

Not the cleanest

Upon arrival to our home there was trash all on the front porch. We called 4x and not till the 3rd day was the trash picked up.. The couches were ripped and taped up. There were missing blinds on the bottom and second floor that kept falling when we tried to put them back up. The downstairs tv was working fine then the screen went black and didn’t work for the rest of the stay. The carpets look like they haven’t been clean for ages.. On our last night when we were packing up a cockroach ran across the room. Our towels weren’t in the linen closet, they were all in the dryer. The rooms were a decent size and it was a plus to have 3 bathrooms. Overall it’s was an ok stay and made it work but I don’t think we would stay there again. July 2022

Thank you for your review although I am really surprised. I checked the message history and I cant see you raising any of these issues with me at all during your stay despite me reaching out to you a number of times to see how your stay was going. If you had reached out I could have take a look at some of the issues and put them right for you. The blinds can fall down quite easily at any time but its an easy fix for us and takes seconds to do. I really wish you had communicated with us and not just reviewed the home without giving us a chance to do anything.

It's about a good 30 minutes away from magic kingdom. We stayed a week. Went to all 4 Disney World Parks. We had a lot of fun. The property needs some repairs. Nothing major. The AC was broken and they promised me a 50 % discount . I'm still waiting for it. The washing machine smells terrible. I guess nobody cleans it. The walls need to be painted and the rugs need to be professionally cleaned or changed. The refrigerator freezes my bottle waters and fruits. No complaints about that since it helps drinking them at Disney World cold. Every time something broke the next day someone would come and fix it. The blinds on the sliding doors are very cheap and don't block all the sun light. The blinds also don't close properly. If you try to close the they fall off. Pain in the neck. When I get my 50 % discount I'm sure it will feel much better.

Your 3 star review shocks me Daniel as do the comments in the post. We did not offer you a 50% refund at all. Nor was there an issue with the AC. There was an issue with the ac prior to check in and we did not think it would be fixed in time for your stay so gave you the chance to cancel with a full refund or continue with a 50% refund. However, the issues were fixed prior to your check in and the AC was fine , however, you still said you should get the 50% refund!

Warning: DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!

Let me start by saying, “0” is not a rating option! We took this trip to celebrate my granddaughter’s 3rd bday at Disney… TERRIBLE STAY!! First red flag, they’ll ask for the deposit (2days) AFTER you pay for the rental. And you’ll have to pay with their personal link which seemed like a scam. Any time the terms and conditions DONT make sense… RUN! Second red flag… our check in time was at 4. We was rudely greeted by the housekeeper who was still cleaning at 4. We had to stand outside with our small kids as she finished around 430. I contacted the property manager as this was an inconvenience. No one contacted us to give a heads up… They did NOT accept accountability or offered any compensation. THIRD RED FLAG .. around 6pm after check in, a strange man is walking through the door. He did not have anything in his hands. He claimed he knocked and he’s maintenance. This is very traumatic for our family. The guy was very rude saying “he can come inside whenever. I understand if we called maintenance or the property manager would have given us a heads up but this was so wrong. Not only did he come in once unannounced but, twice! And the second time he still didn’t knock and brought tissue and a trash bag. This was supposed to be done before a tenant occupy the unit. I wanted to pack up and leave then but this company is robbery! As I contacted management, they again refused to accept accountability and admit this was not right. Instead they literally fussed back with me, did not care about my families safety and was very rude. Half of the amenities did not work. The TV stopped working, you can’t use the balcony (in the pictures) due to water damage… most of the blinds didn’t open. Let me not forget the trash cans outside was filled with trash so we couldn’t take our trash out. I communicated all my concerns immediately to management and the SUCK! I would not recommend this BS property to no one ever! WORST TRIP! I know the property manager will reply to this post but I guarantee they will not take accountability or offer any type of compensation for our inconvenience! They will be defensive as they were during out trip!

When you book a short stay with us (under 5 days) you are informed PRIOR to making the booking that a refundable damage deposit would be payable. Once you had made the booking, we reached out to you with a payment link (as clarified in our terms and conditions which are written in plain English) for you to make payment. Its shame we have to do this but to protect our homes from “Party Crowds” it’s become a necessity. You paid without issue, so I am really surprised re your comments. The home not being ready for 4pm is not acceptable and we do apologize for this, however, the last guest hadn’t been the cleanest and we wanted it to be perfect for you so the clean did take a little longer. We take the safety and security of our guests very seriously and have strict policies in place to ensure that only authorized individuals are permitted to access the property . However, we must clarify that your review is completely unacceptable and unfounded as Our Property Manager attended the home to adjust an AC sensor that was faulty as it was noted that during the pre-arrival clean. This would normally have been fixed before arrival but as the clean ran over he only received the job later than normal. He first knocked on the door several times and then entered the home using his unique code that is registered on our smart lock and shouted maintenance several times. You then appeared and hysterically asked him to leave. Despite him showing his ID and confirming the reason he was there. He then apologised and left and did NOT MAKE a second visit (as evident by our Smart Lock Report). You then demanded a refund of your entire stay which was unjust for a home not being 100% ready at check in time. We would normally work some form of compensation with a guest on the very rare occasion this happens but to expect a “Full Refund “of your stay for a 15-minute delay and a misunderstanding with maintenance is not even close to being realistic. Your request was declined and hence this review. You did not raise any of the other issues in your review despite being extremely vocal so my guess it’s just to beef it out.
