Dieses schöne, End-Gerät Stadthaus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer (jeweils mit Bad en suite), eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein offenes Konzept Wohnzimmer und Essbereich und eine 12'x12 'privatem Pool in einer abgeschirmten Veranda umgeben.

Das Hotel liegt in der ersten Etage ist eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Wohn- / Essbereich und ein Schlafzimmer mit Teppichboden ausgelegt. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein französisches Bett, ein angrenzendes Badezimmer mit einer ebenerdigen Dusche und einem 32 "Flachbild-TV. Die voll ausgestattete Küche ist mit einem großen Kühlschrank, E-Herd / Backofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine - perfekt für die Herstellung Frühstück, Mittagessen oder Abendessen.

Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen 46 "Flachbild-TV, DVD-Spieler, Stereoanlage / CD-Player und ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa. Glas-Schiebe-Türen öffnen sich vom Wohnzimmer aus auf den privaten, in Lanai mit einem 12 'x12' Pool mit Blick auf den Innenhof gescreent. Die Poolheizung ist gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr zur Verfügung - fordern Sie bitte bei der Buchung.

Ein zweites Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett und 32 "Flachbild-TV befindet sich auf der 2. Etage. Das Bad verfügt über eine Badewanne / Dusche. Ebenfalls im Obergeschoss befindet sich das dritte Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Queensize-Bett, einer Badewanne mit Dusche und einem 32-Zoll-TV. Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner sind ebenfalls auf der 2. Etage zur Verfügung gestellt.

Ebenfalls erhältlich für Ihre Kinder: Hochstuhl, Kinderspielzeug, Kinderwagen und Sonnenschirm.

Als Gast in meinem Haus, du kostenlose WiFi-Zugang genießen können und Sie erhalten Zugang zu allen Annehmlichkeiten des Resorts haben. Dazu gehören ein großer Gemeinschaftspool mit Sonnenterrasse und Whirlpool, ein 7.500 qm Clubhaus mit 58 Sitz-Kino, Supermarkt, Pool und Billard, Spielhalle, Fitness-Center, Tennis, Basketball und Volleyballplätze, Fahrradverleih, ein Kinderspielplatz, ein Picknickbereich und ein Business Center. Der Shuttle-Service zu den Themenparks ist gegen eine geringe Gebühr an der Convenience-Store erhältlich.

Meine Immobilien-Management-Service ist 24 Stunden am Tag für Notfalldienst auf meinem Grundstück. Mein Stadthaus befindet sich weniger als 5 Minuten von Restaurants und Geschäften gleich neben dem Highway 192 entfernt.

We has the most amazing time in this house! Daria our host was brilliant! Communication was excellent at all times as she promptly replied to all messages and phone calls. The house was exactly what we expected! We had stayed here before and loved it. It did not disappoint! We are already looking to rebook next year! Quiet but Close Stay

The property was clean and the rules were clear. The property was very quiet, well other than on New Years Eve (some residents were setting off fireworks). It was also very close to most attractions. 15 minutes from Disney. 30-40 minutes from Universal. Daria even sent us events that the property was hosting during our stay. Anytime we texted her with questions, she responded within the hour. If we have another Orlando family vacation, we are definitely choosing Daria's property!

Great Stay; Highly Recommend

Location was good for parks. Felt very safe in the gated community. Very well maintained, safe neighborhood. Place was very clean and beds very comfortable. Loved having the 3 bathrooms for our family. We are DVC owners and usually stay on Disney property and our expectations are high and this met them. The private pool was especially nice to have.

Fantastic Disney Vacation

Had a wonderful stay in this beautiful townhome! It had all the comforts of home and then some!! Location was perfect for visiting the Disney parks. Daria made the stay easy and enjoyable. When we notified her of the only issue while there (wifi issue out of her control) she immediately got it resolved for us. Highly recommend Daria and her beautiful home for your stay!

Beautiful property

Daria is an amazing hostess. We booked here for our Disneyworld vacation. We arrived on Christmas Eve a little early but texted Daria, and we were able to get to in without issue. The home was cleaned thoroughly. There were some toiletries and paper products to get us by until we could visit the Wal-Mart nearby. There are plenty of games for the kids, too. Although there is a pool in the back, we visited the property pool and met some nice travelers as well. My mother, who is on dialysis, was able to get picked up for her appointments and dropped off back to the house. Overall 10 out of 10.

Family Disney Vacation

The stay at the property was great no complaints at all. We have stayed at Windsor Palms several times in the past. The property was very clean and easy to communicate with the owner. The location of the property is very convenient for families that like to do Disney and not stay at Disney. It is also very close to any shopping needs.

Disney stay

We chose to stay at Windsor palms as it was close to Disney. We had a super time at this property. There was everything you could have needed in the house from your basics to blenders, to cooking a full dinner. The house was lovely and clean, plenty of towels and towels for the pool. We had a couple of issues which could not be helped but we contacted Daria and she had it sorted straight away which was brilliant! The clubhouse and pool was fantastic! Super quiet and clean. The pool at the house was brilliant for a quick cool down after a day at the parks. We could not ask for a better host or a better home to stay in! Thank you Daria and we hope to stay at your home again soon!

Great place

This place was great. We really enjoy Windsor Palms so I always try to find a place there. But with inflation we couldn't get what we usually rent out and that's a villa. Her price was within budget for our almost 2 week stay. (minus the dang VRBO fees) (NOT her fault I know.) Granted knowing I can't do stairs very well I still booked and stayed here. The place, location, and the resort was perfect. The driveway/parking spot does have a pretty good incline which was hard for me to get out of the van easily but we made do. ( again not her fault I have leg issues). The house was clean and well organized fit my family perfect. I would definitely recommend her place to family and friends.

This home is just that, a home away from home. It is beautifully decorated! It has it's own private pool!!! The host is super nice!! The three bedrooms and bathrooms gave our family of four plenty of room. The kitchen was great to prepare some meals. We truly enjoyed our time here!!!

Great family stay

We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children. We stayed for 5 days over Easter break. The communication and response time with the owner was exceptional. We loved the pool right outside and all the space to spread out and relax.. The place was clean and has a lot of extras like games, book, high chair, etc for families that need it. Kitchen was stocked with all needed cooking and dining needs, even little plates and sippy cups. The internet was slow and spotty. The beds could use an upgrade. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

Great Location for an Off Property Disney Stay!

This was our first Vrbo experience and we couldn’t have picked a better location or Host. The Condo was clean, quiet, nicely furnished and minutes away from anything you need. Our Host sent clear, easy to understand directions which made check in and property access very easy. Renting this Condo was stress free and gave us the opportunity to jump into vacation mode quickly.

Great stay for the price

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was in a great secure location. It had everything we needed with respect to kitchen appliances, utensils, towels. The home could use a refresh as the paint and baseboards are chipped and worn and the couch not very comfortable. However, the price was great and the beds were comfortable which made the stay perfect for us.

The perfect property

Honestly I was shocked that this rental wasn’t snatched up for the week we stayed (11/16/22-11/22/22). The check-in process would have gone smoother at the front gate had the computer been working but the guard was very nice. We didn’t get our parking pass the first night so we had to wait in the line for the guard to let us in when we returned with groceries later that night. Once we got the parking pass the next morning we were able to scan ourselves in. I would say that was the only hiccup. The rental itself was perfect. I liked that each room had their own bathroom. The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. It was nice that there were games to play when we stayed in. Our family absolutely enjoyed the private heated pool! We were in Orlando for Disney and Universal and we thought this trip since our kids were all a little older a stroller wasn’t needed. So so glad that the owner had not just one but two stroller options. That small umbrella stroller saved us, well saved my five year olds little legs. The wifi worked great and my husband was glad to get to watch the opening of the World Cup. The distance to the parks was easy and the Walmart was just a couple of minutes away. Our flight didn’t fly out until 7:55pm on our checkout day and let the owner know and she allowed us to stay later that day. Would book this property again for a future stay. Thank you so much Daria!

Great place to stay for Disney and Universal!

Daria’s townhome was very clean, well maintained, and spacious! Plenty’s of room for me, my wife, and our 2 adult children! Our visit was right after hurricane Ian and Daria was extremely accommodating! We were able to push our reservation back a day and there was very minimal impact from the storm. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great location

The townhouse was exactly as shown in the pictures , with stuffed toys and plenty of games to enjoy on those rainy days in Florida. The host was excellent to work with since I had to call her unexpectedly. I would definitely rent again when my family returns to Florida.

Perfect rental!

This rental was exactly as described! Perfect location, clean, and comfortable! Everything was labeled(light switches, Remotes, etc)which was so nice. My 4 year old made good use of the puzzles/games/books that are there for use! Everything was perfect and we would definitely stay here again! Thank you!
