ACCESSIBILITY - 2-story cabin, 1 step to enter, ramp (available on request) - Bedroom & bathroom on 1st floor The property features secure, keyless entry with both a gated entrance and front door equipped with digital locks. Your unique access codes will be sent to you before check-in for a seamless arrival experience.

You are welcome to use the entire indoor and outdoor space! The outdoor space includes and outdoor bar, patio, wrap-around deck, and grassy area -- perfect for gatherings. The Manzanita Estate (sister property, separate listing) is available on-site with its own nightly rate. The 2 homes together share the 27 acres. If you would like to reserve both houses, please reach out -- we love family reunions!

Pool/Hot Tub is available: $100 per day:
⇀Hot Tub can be heated year round.
⇀Pool is heated only during the warmer months: May, June, July, August, September, October and November.

➤Our water comes from a mountain well! It is delicious! Please be patient, as it may take a while to heat up for your shower!

NOTE: Only guests staying at Red Hawk Ridge are allowed on site. Visitors other than overnight guests are not allowed on the property without express permission from RHR Property Management. This is in accordance to SD County Ordinance. Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Japatul House is part of a cherised family home that has been part of the Alpine community for three generations. We ask that you enjoy the space with the same consideration you'd show your own home. While we'll respond as quickly as possible to any concerns, please note we don't have on-site staff available 24/7.
