House Rules
• No pets allowed
• No smoking inside property. Any signs of smoking in the property will be charged an extra $200 in addition to the cleaning fee to take out smell.
• We understand that incidents may happen, so please let us know if anything in the property was damaged prior to your departure.
•Any damaged or missing items will be charged at owners expense.
• Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
• Please do not put any hot items on countertops.
• Please do not dispose items or large waste in the garbage disposal.
• No garage access for guests.
• Please do not throw any items or feminine hygiene products down the toilet.
• Fireplaces are for display only, please do not use.
• Please note that propane for outdoor fire pit is not included.
•Help yourself on parking in the driveway but please do not block the gate entrance.
•Please be careful of surroundings. We are not responsible for anyone hurt on premises.
• Pool has a safety gate around it. This is to avoid any incidents. If you will like to remove it, please feel free to. However, clients must leave it back how it was found.
• Be mindful that insects enter homes, especially when doors are left open.
• Please do not have any parties. Parties will be asked to respectfully leave without reimbursement as contract has been breached.
