The space
Upon entering our resort-style home, you'll immediately be greeted by a sense of tranquility and relaxation. The open and airy living spaces are perfect for gathering and unwinding with loved ones. With four comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms, our house can comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests, making it ideal for group getaways or family reunions. We are located in a quiet and secure neighborhood, our property offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience with easy access to local attractions and amenities. One of the highlights of our oasis is the amazing pool area. Dive into refreshing waters, zip down the thrilling slide, and let your worries melt away. For added relaxation, indulge in the heated jacuzzi which heating is available at an extra cost. (Read Rules) Enjoy the privacy and serenity of our secluded location, where you can soak up the sun and take in the amazing views.

Be sure to respect speed limit as home is in a residential neighborhood failure to obey will result in immediate cancellation. Be sure to park cars in driveway and allowed parking in the curb without blocking any driveways including the hosted property.

For your convenience, Walmart, grocery stores, and restaurants are nearby, ensuring you have everything you need at your fingertips. We are pet-friendly, although bringing a pet will incur an additional fee.(Read Rules) Please note that there is a two-night minimum stay, and smoking is not permitted indoors. APPROVED GUESTS, USE, AND OCCUPANCY
- The premises are for the sole use as a personal
vacation residence for the approved guest(s).
-Approved guests are persons who will occupy
the premises.
- Approved guests take full responsibility for all lost
or broken items and any damages to the property
of any kind as well as any injury sustained by
themselves, any person in their party, or any other
the person on the premises with their knowledge and
consent.
The reserving guest is responsible for any guests
that use the property during the term of their
agreement.
- No unlawful activity or any other activity that
constitutes a nuisance is permitted on the premise.
All guests must be aware, agreeable, and consent
to these rules. Hosts may ask for a guest-type list
for the accompanying guest(s).
Guests may not exceed max occupancy for the
property at any time.
If the premise is used, in any way, by more than the
max allowed guests this shall constitute a material
breach of this Agreement resulting in
1) Guest and all others may be required to
immediately leave the premises and/or may be removed from the premises
2) Guest(s) forfeit their right to a refund of any monetary funds paid toward the stay, including security deposit
CLEANING
- Do not leave any food out that will attract
uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help.
- All trash must be thrown away before checkout.
Trash cans are located on the south side of the home. Please keep all trash in containers to prevent animals and bugs from the area.
All recycle must go inside the recycle bin (Black Bin)
- Recyclable materials: Plastic, aluminum cans, glass bottles
- All cardboard boxes (pizza boxes, etc.) must be crushed, flattened, or broken down prior to placing
them inside the recycle bin.
- All dishes are to be rinsed off, cleaned, and placed inside the dishwasher.

NOISE
Noise shall be reduced or eliminated after hours. There is a dB meter located in the home which will alert the host if the sound pressure level is elevated
during quiet hours.
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
- NO PARTIES or gatherings with excessive noise.
- All activities shall be within the home or the back
yard. Activities are not to be held in the front, the
exterior of the home in an effort to respect our
surrounding neighbors.
INDOOR
- Lights shall be turned off when leaving
the premises.
- Please do not rearrange the furniture. Any
furniture found to be moved will result in additional charges
-- Smoking or vaping inside the home is
NOT permitted.
BEDROOM
Absolutely no food or drinks inside the bedroom,
this will create stains and unwanted issues for both
the guest and host.
BATHROOM
- Do not use excess toilet paper as it will clog the
toilet and drain.
- Do NOT flush baby wipes or any feminine products
in the toilet.
KITCHEN
Do not use the island bar for beer pong.
OUTDOOR
GRILL
- If grill isn’t turning out, turn it off, wait a few minutes and try again, repeat
We offer a propane tank only and propane must be filled by each guest for their visit
POOL
- Please do not touch the pool system in the backyard
- Pool/Jacuzzi heating is turned off during quiet hours

For your safety, there are multiple security cameras on the premises.

Please do not pour any liquid onto the fire pit as it will damage the gas fire pit. Doing this will incur a $200 fine.
Please make sure all fire is turned off when done.
The host does not refill propane. If propane is found empty or low please refill at guest expenses. please read and review all dangers and caution of propane and heaters on the premises.
WASHER AND DRYER
Washer and Dryer is not available for use

Additional Pet Fee required of ($200 per pet per
