Jede Wohnung verfügt über 2 Balkone, einen davon im Hauptschlafzimmer und der andere mit Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko! Diese Lage ist perfekt für einen Familienurlaub, da sich auf der Vorderseite des Grundstücks ein Park und auf der Rückseite ein Pool und der Strand befinden! Einheit Nr. 1 ist 1 Treppe hoch und an der Südecke. Komm und spiel heute an unseren Stränden !! BITTE BEACHTEN SIE: Dies ist ein Nichtraucherhotel. Dieser Ort verfügt über 4 verschiedene 2-Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer-Einheiten, von denen jede einen halb privaten Strandbalkon aus dem Wohnbereich sowie einen privaten Balkon vor der Wohnung hat. Jede Wohnung verfügt über ein komfortables Strand-Dekor, eine individuelle Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, Parkplätze auf dem Gelände und für jeweils bis zu 5 Personen. Vor Ort gibt es einen beheizten, privaten Pool, direkten Zugang zum Strand, einen Spielplatz auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite für Kinder, Holzkohlegrill und einen Patio-Bereich für abendliche Kneipen. John \ 's Pass Village befindet sich etwa 8 km in Richtung Süden, wo sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Wasseraktivitäten und Unterhaltungsangebote für alle befinden. Lust auf einige Achterbahnen in der Stadt zu fahren? Busch Gardens in Tampa ist etwa eine Autostunde entfernt oder die Disney Parks und alle anderen Attraktionen von Orlando erreichen Sie in nur 2 Stunden. Das Florida Aquarium in Tampa, das Clearwater Aquarium (Heimat von Winter the Dolphin), das Hard Rock Casino, die wunderschönen State Parks und die kilometerlangen Strände sind nur einige Gründe, um die Strände des Pinellas County zu besuchen. This unit is in a wonderful spot close to the beach. The unit was in need of some minor maintenance inside and a bit more maintenance outside. Things you would expect at the price. Would we go back?

Beach vacay

The location was great. There are plenty of restaurants close by. The beach was just a few steps away. The pool was nice to have just down from our condo. I am glad we stayed on the first level. The furniture was outdated and not as comfortable at other condos we have stayed in. There is only one tv in the condo. Our stay overall was amazing!

Lockdown on the beach...

Sunset Villa in Redington Shores was the perfect place to do this for 30 enjoyable days. We drove down and took everything but the kitchen sink. We will return!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a great location and has great views with easy access to the beach. The unit was very clean and well equipped. While the unit was clean, I never saw anyone attend to the pool during our stay and it needed a good cleaning. The pool deck area also needed to be cleaned up as the occupants from the previous week left a large amount of beach toys scattered around the pool. We also had 3 different mainteance/contract workers show up to do work. 2 of the 3 were unannounced and didn't really seem to care that we were on vacation. Overall we had a great time and would stay here again.

We aren't the type to complain, but a vacuum and cleaning supplies would have been great! Furniture is so outdated! Jean material for couch, ripped arm chairs and stains on chair. Broken lamp socket, ceiling fan light kits shot, and 3 electrical outlets so dangerous we didn't use them. Cleaning lady left disgusting dirt on floors and bathroom and kitchen not cleaned. I loved the quiet serenity but honestly, you have a multi-million dollar property!! Take care of it and upgrade it! I work in lighting in Look me up should you want to design something gorgeous!!All in all, I would rent again for beach location which was beautiful! However, I would buy supplies prior and also equip the unit with beach chairs and floor fans.

Great Beach Vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time at Sunset Villas and this time our inlaws joined us. We were in Unit #2 and they were in unit #1. Both places were very clean and comfortable. We liked some of the upgrades from the previous year (kitchen, king size bed, etc.). We really enjoyed the location right on the beach and had fun BBQ'ing and swimming in the pool with our two young kids. We'd highly recommend this spot and will be back soon.

Nightmares and extremely splendid days.

Reviewer Comments: When we arrive at RR there were no information and keys in the lockerbox. It was 2:05am and took us nerves and additional 30 minutes. Besides the very good weather conditions did we have certain trouble. It was not cleane well. Dirty pool. Dirty balconies, a broken pipe for the dishwasher and in the appartments above builders were totally renovating the kitchenns and bathroom. Three days it was more of a building site than a vacational rental!!!!!

I loved the comfortable chair with foot rest. I could have and almost did sleep in it all night. Everything was exactly as pictured. It was so nice also having the pool for a break from the beach. The only negative thing was not having any chairs to use at the beach. I'm hoping that each unit in the future can have at least 2 beach chairs for each unit available on each porch.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the unit for five weeks in March. The condo was in good shape, cleaner than last year, and the kitchen reno was great. The owners do a great job repairing and updating the condo. We found it to be very well equipped and comfortable. Location amazing! Resort Rentals is a great company to deal with. Any concerns were dealt with immediately. They were friendly, and very accommodating. Our first two week stay was awesome as the other units were occupied by adults. Our only concern was the number of children in the other units for the last 3 weeks of our visit. The families, for the most part, were very nice, but children being children, were very noisy and often times we could not sit outside because of it. Too loud for us. It's a lot of money to spend on a vacation when you have to hang out inside and can't enjoy your deck on beautiful days. It is not the fault of the children or their families, it is a result of the condo set up. I would recommend the condo, but be aware that you may be sharing the property with lots of kids!
