Be advised that during this period, there will be active construction occurring on the exterior of the building, including balcony work, which will result in balcony closure during that time. The condo will remain open for rent during this time. However, we do want to make you aware that there will be some noise and disturbances due to the construction activities. We have applied a discount to this unit during the construction time due to the inconvenience this will cause.
