Diese erstaunliche 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer Wohnung verfügt über einen offenen und geräumigen Wohn- und Essbereich, eine voll ausgestattete und wunderschön aktualisierte Küche mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten, ein hübsches Dekor mit geschmackvollen Farben, Fliesen- und Holzböden sowie einen schönen Balkon des Wohnzimmers. Jede Wohnung verfügt über 2 Balkone, einen davon im Hauptschlafzimmer und der andere mit Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko! Diese Lage ist perfekt für einen Familienurlaub, da sich auf der Vorderseite des Grundstücks ein Park und auf der R����ckseite ein Pool und der Strand befinden! Einheit Nr. 3 ist 2 Treppenstufen und an der Südecke. Komm und spiel heute an unseren Stränden !! BITTE BEACHTEN SIE: Dies ist ein Nichtraucherhotel. Jede Wohnung verfügt über ein komfortables Strand-Dekor, eine individuelle Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, Parkplätze auf dem Gelände und für jeweils bis zu 5 Personen. Vor Ort gibt es einen beheizten, privaten Pool, direkten Zugang zum Strand, einen Spielplatz auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite für Kinder, Holzkohlegrill und einen Patio-Bereich für abendliche Kneipen. John \ 's Pass Village befindet sich etwa 8 km in Richtung Süden, wo sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Wasseraktivitäten und Unterhaltungsangebote für alle befinden. Lust auf einige Achterbahnen in der Stadt zu fahren? The location, view, etc is perfect! There were no chairs or umbrellas in unit 3- but I did buy and leave 2 chairs and an umbrella. The condo was clean and nice. There are not TV’s in the bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king size bed which was comfortable. Overall we had a great time and loved the pool and beach setup!

We’ve been coming to Redington Shores for about 5 years now. This place was by far our favorite! Right on the beach and the perfect size for our family of 5. The balcony view was breath taking. We will definitely be coming back here.

What we wanted and needed!!

My family wanted a stay ON the beach! We got just that! Location was perfect! Although not a private beach, it was like a private beach. Walk right out to the beach and set up our things from sunrise to sunsets- PERFECT!! The property was clean and comfy. We will be staying here again for our next Florida trip.

Great location, pool was wonderful. The condo is a little dated, bathrooms could use an update. The furniture in the living room was pretty stained/dirty....I put towels down before I sat on the coach and chair. The master bed was very comfortable, would have loved a T.V. in the room. The view was wonderful, location was great, we had a relaxing time. Check out Friendlys Tavern, you can walk to from the condo, good food and drinks! Beach Pizza was good too!

The property was nice good view, nice beach

The description said no smoking in the condos no mention that there was no smoking on the balcony or property at all. It was check in time before I received a text saying that it was a 100% smoke free property was not happy

We found the home to be very beautiful, comforting and in a great location on the beach. I do believe that it would be easier if you had a key pick up lockbox on site of the property to pick up and drop off. It is a pain in the rear to have to drive all the way and find the place to pick keys up especially when you arrive after hours in the dark and do not know the area. Otherwise it was beautiful and we had a great time, thank you.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We'll book this again. We've been visiting this area for the past 10 years and this was an excellent spot. I'd love to give the place a full 5 stars for everything but a few amenities could use some updates. BBQ grill needs cleaning and a place to dispose of ash. Washer is small for large items like beach towels. Living room furniture is well worn. All in all this place was wonderful!!!
