Diese erstaunliche 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer Wohnung verfügt über einen offenen und geräumigen Wohn- und Essbereich, eine voll ausgestattete und wunderschön aktualisierte Küche mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten, ein hübsches Dekor mit geschmackvollen Farben, Fliesen- und Holzböden sowie einen schönen Balkon des Wohnzimmers. Jede Wohnung verfügt über 2 Balkone, einen davon im Hauptschlafzimmer und der andere mit Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko! Diese Lage ist perfekt für einen Familienurlaub, da sich auf der Vorderseite des Grundstücks ein Park und auf der Rückseite ein Pool und der Strand befinden! Einheit Nr. 4 ist 2 Treppenstufen und an der Nordecke. Komm und spiel heute an unseren Stränden !! BITTE BEACHTEN SIE: Dies ist ein Nichtraucherhotel. Dieser Ort verfügt über 4 verschiedene 2-Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer-Einheiten, von denen jede einen halb privaten Strandbalkon aus dem Wohnbereich sowie einen privaten Balkon vor der Wohnung hat. Jede Wohnung verfügt über ein komfortables Strand-Dekor, eine individuelle Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, Parkplätze auf dem Gelände und für jeweils bis zu 5 Personen. Vor Ort gibt es einen beheizten, privaten Pool, direkten Zugang zum Strand, einen Spielplatz auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite für Kinder, Holzkohlegrill und einen Patio-Bereich für abendliche Kneipen. John \ 's Pass Village befindet sich etwa 8 km in Richtung Süden, wo sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Wasseraktivitäten und Unterhaltungsangebote für alle befinden. Lust auf einige Achterbahnen in der Stadt zu fahren? Busch Gardens in Tampa ist etwa eine Autostunde entfernt oder die Disney Parks und alle anderen Attraktionen von Orlando erreichen Sie in nur 2 Stunden. Das Florida Aquarium in Tampa, das Clearwater Aquarium (Heimat von Winter the Dolphin), das Hard Rock Casino, die wunderschönen State Parks und die kilometerlangen Strände sind nur einige Gründe, um die Strände des Pinellas County zu besuchen. Great place and view!

My wife and I had a blast here. Awesome beachfront view, easy access to the beach and not crowded. Walking distance to good food and drinks made this a relaxing stay. Only minor stresser was not receiving our check in info until the day of but partially my fault as I hadn’t reached out to the managers before hand. Overall excellent and we’d stay there again.

Perfect location!! Couldn’t have been more pleased.

Sunset Villas did not disappoint. Location was perfect and the pool and beach access were awesome. Master bedroom mattress was almost as good as our sleep number at home. We will definitely stay here again. Only suggestions would be to add a few new coffee mugs and wine glasses. But wine at the beach still tastes great from just about anything :)

Perfect sunsets on the beach

The property was just as described. Plenty of room for 4 adults to stay. A full kitchen with access to outdoor grill. The pool and chairs were a nice option. The real reason to stay here is beach access. Walk directly out onto the beach. We spent our morning drinking coffee on the balcony watching the dolphins and our evenings watching the sunset.

Great place to stay!

We loved everything about this place except that we had to drive out of our way to pick up the key and then out of our way to drop it off. We had to drive 14 hours home so it would have been easier if they would have a keyless entry system with a code. Other than that, the property was clean, decorated well, in a great location, right on the beach, close to restaurants, etc.

Perfect location!

Unbelievable location! The pool was great for a quick dip but if everyone in complex was using it at same time it got crowded. You are literally steps from the beach. The unit itself is functional but several things need to be tended to. It’s obvious the owners don’t stay here because the loose ceiling fans in bedrooms would be fixed (they squeaked and the chains rattled). The couch and chair in living room are uncomfortable; not easy to relax in. Otherwise, the privacy of the beach and the quaint area were well worth our stay!!

Ocean Condo

Overall the condo was great. Pool and ocean are just a hop and skip away. Condo could have been cleaned a little better on the inside, and the patio furniture cushions need replaced, as they were dirty. Also, would have been more convenient to be able to get/drop off keys at the condo. All there needs to be is a lock box at the condo where keys could be picked up/dropped off. Like I mentioned, overall it’s a great place for a family.

We had a nice time.

We had a very relaxing week. The proximity from the pool to the beach was great. Being able to go back and forth from the the pool to the beach was wonderful. The beach was very quiet with not a lot of people. There were a few things that could have been better. The check in / check out process could have been simplified instead of having to pick up and drop off keys 20 minutes away. I did see this in a review before we booked, so I was aware. The condo itself could have been cleaner along with the pool. There is a lot of wear and tear on the condo and it shows. However, this did not take away from the relaxing time we had all week.

We loved sitting on the deck to watch the sunset, although after dark the back lights were quite bright, and could not be dimmed, making it less than romantic. The unit was clean, although decor was a bit dated. The main toilet didn't flush well, and needed plunging, although when we reported it upon leaving, the rental company said they would send someone out to fix it. The houses along the street were very close together, but the beach was not crowded. All in all, it was an ok place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this building is convenient and located on a great stretch of beach. There was new construction taking place on the neighboring lot, so a fair amount of noise (starting at 7:30AM) and dust during our stay. The unit is comfortable but poorly stocked (ie, a total of one wine glass, three mismatched glasses and two plastic cups). Both bedrooms appear to have been recently renovated and are comfortable and inviting. As a bed, the pull-out couch in the living area might be okay for small kids but too uncomfortable for an adult. Also, the unit could use another couch or a couple of additional sitting chairs. Pool area is nice and easily accessible from the unit. Overall a nice place for a vacation.

Prime location but...

Beautiful views and location but that's where nice ends. On first arrival there was sand all throughout the condo; floors, kitchen counters, furniture and piles on the 2nd floor patio and furniture. Towels were still wet in the washing machine. The are no fans in either bathroom. The master bathroom had mold all of the bottom of the shower curtain. There were earrings found on the floor and bedside table. So I'm pretty sure this unit wasn't cleaned and you can hear everything from the other 3 units. Even more to say but I ran out of room to type it.
