Schönes Landhaus ca. 20 Autominuten vom Flughafen Malaga und Marbella entfernt, besteht aus einem gerĂ€umigen Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, Essbereich und offener KĂŒche, zwei Doppelzimmern und einem Familienbadezimmer. Ein separates GĂ€stehaus bietet das 3. Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Duschbad. Das 4. Schlafzimmer besteht aus einem neuen Kinderzimmer und einem Duschbad.

Der Zugang zu der wirklich atemberaubenden großen ĂŒberdachten Terrasse von der KĂŒche aus ist der zentrale Sommerwohnbereich fĂŒr das gesamte Anwesen, der Gas-Barbie, eine AußenkĂŒche, JACUZZI NUR FÜR ERWACHSENE, einen Billardtisch sowie Ess- und Lounge-Sitzbereiche (Sofas) mit Musiksystem und umfasst offenes Kaminfeuer.

Vom Außenpool genießen Sie von einer Aussichtsplattform aus einen Blick auf das Tal. Hier können Sie den Sonnenaufgang oder -untergang genießen oder einfach nur zum Sonnenbaden auf dem Doppel-Chill-out-Bett mit Dach, marokkanischen Kissen und SichtschutzvorhĂ€ngen entspannen. Oder faulenzen Sie mit einem Drink auf der Schaukel fĂŒr 2.
Das Anwesen ist nach höchsten Standards fertiggestellt und verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine Klimaanlage mit Zeitmessern zum Preis von 1 Euro pro 1,5 Stunden. Internetzugang (Laptop / Tablet erforderlich). DVDs, Musikanlage, ĂŒberdachte Terrasse, Billardtisch, Whirlpool (NUR FÜR ERWACHSENE), Dartscheibe und Außenpool.

Das neue Kinderzimmer und Dusche / WC erhöhen die Unterbringung, sodass insgesamt 10-12 Personen sehr komfortabel untergebracht werden können, jedoch nicht fĂŒr 6 Paare geeignet sind. Eine Mischung aus Erwachsenen und Kindern wĂ€re aufgrund der Anzahl der Einzelbetten sehr zu bevorzugen.

Alle BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher (inkl. Strand- / PoolhandtĂŒcher) werden zur VerfĂŒgung gestellt und sind in der wöchentlichen Miete enthalten.

Es wird eine Kaution in Höhe von ÂŁ 400 erhoben, die mit dem Restbetrag und vor der SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe zu hinterlegen ist und bei der Abreise zurĂŒckerstattet wird, sofern keine BrĂŒche oder SchĂ€den an der Unterkunft vorliegen.

Ein Auto ist eine absolute Notwendigkeit, da sich das Haus auf einem Berg befindet und es bei 40 Grad Hitze unmöglich ist, zum Supermarkt zu gehen und eine Woche lang einzukaufen, obwohl die nÀchste Stadt nur 8 Autominuten vom Haus entfernt ist .

Our stay at the finca near Malaga was absolutely wonderful. The property is beautifully appointed, with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. The private pool was a highlight, and the stunning views over the surrounding landscape made every moment unforgettable. Our holiday at the wooden chalet in the hills of Andalusia was absolutely wonderful. Nestled just 30 minutes from the beach, the chalet offered breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, creating a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The pool was fantastic, providing a refreshing escape after a day exploring, and the chill area was ideal for unwinding the family. Amazing stay in this fantastic villa. The host couldn't have been more accommodating. The villa is exactly as shown in the photos. It's an amazing space with all the amenities you could ask for. Everyone loved the pool and the outside terrace where we ate and played and danced! Fabulous!! Fantastic Villa, great stay

Our family stayed end of August 2022 for two weeks. Rick and Annie are lovely hosts who really make an effort to make you feel like guests. Fantastic outdoor area and we had many great evenings spent around the pool and playing the games. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets, if you want a relaxing stay getting away from it all, we can all highly recommend this Villa.

We have just left this gorgeous villa, and Rick and Annie are amazing hosts. Nothing was too much. Their recommendations were excellent, so much so we enjoyed a meal together on our last night in their favourite restaurant.The house, pool and the annex are exactly what you see via the app. It really did exceed our expectations. We didn't use the living room, but sat by the pool or in the outdoor kitchen area on an evening. The pool table and dart board were well used throughout our stay, and kept everyone entertained.I can't recommend this property enough.We had an amazing time !Thanks again for your hospitality R&A

Beautiful retreat

We just returned from a great stay at the villa. We were a group of 8 ranging from age 11 to 77. We all loved the villa and there was plenty to keep everyone entertained from the swimming pool, hot tub and games area. Rick and Annie were perfect hosts and were always happy to help with local information and restaurant recommendations. We hope to visit again in the future.

A really relaxing stay with amazing views

Really relaxing - brilliant amenities and outstanding views! Watching the sunrise from the veranda was such a wonderful experience. Lots to entertain the children- swimming pool, darts and a pool table to name a few. Annie and Rick were so helpful- there to answer any of our queries and to help in any way they could. The drive up the mountain is a bit daunting at first but once you’re used to it - it’s easy. I would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful villa with incredible views

We have just returned from an amazing week at the villa. The villa and grounds are beautiful (the photos don’t do it justice) and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was a good size and kept the children entertained for hours and we loved chilling out in the covered veranda area in the evenings. The drive up to the villa is very steep, however this was not a problem once we had got used to this and it did mean that there were incredible views from the terrace at the top. Rick and Annie were great hosts - they were really helpful and answered all of our questions. Overall a great week in a beautiful place!

We’ve just returned from an amazing stay at this villa. The pictures do not do it justice. From the very beginning everything to do with the villa was great. The villa hosts, Annie and Rick, were great. Brilliant communication including meeting us to take us directly to the villa. The villa itself is fantastic; so much to do and very well equipped
.there was something for everyone! Was great being able to spend our days by the pool then bbq and play pool and darts outside in the evening! The views from the villa were spectacular

Wonderful stay in fantastic surroundings

We were a family of 10 (7 adults and 3 children) on holiday at this amazing place for 15 days - there was plenty of room for all of us. The place has postcard views in all directions. The house has entertainment at all times of the day (and night). At the same time, there is a fantastic viewing platform / terrace where you can relax with a good book or just enjoy the view. Everything just worked perfectly from start to finish - we experienced absolutely no problems. Rick - the host - was very helpful with recommendations for places to eat, experiences, etc. We have often said to ourselves after a holiday that we must visit this place again - this time we are absolutely sure that it will happen :-) Thanks for a wonderful stay, Engelbreth family

A very beautiful mountain hideaway

A lovely week in a fun, clean and quirky cabin in the mountains. Lots of games and things to do for the kids (and adults) and a very refreshing pool. Everything was well equipped and the views were lovely. Rick and Annie were really helpful throughout. My only criticism, (and this is probably just because we had a freak 42c heatwave) was that one couple’s rooms just had a fan and didn’t have air con and they found it a little hot, but our room was lovely and cold! Location as advertised, it’s at the top of a mountain and you need to drive to get about anywhere, but we just did a few trips to the supermarket and had a wonderful time just bbqing and having pool side drinks. Nice to get away from the manic tourist areas and there’s restaurants about a five min drive that are really pleasant and good Value. A genuinely refreshing property, definitely one of a kind and a memorable trip for everyone :)

Family holiday

We had fun at the property making the most of great weather. Rick and Annie met us a 5 min drive away and what a drive ! Maybe a 4x4 is needed ? Air in not available in one bedroom and with weather 35-40 oC not ideal . Felt right at home though and linen etc clean and fresh . Hot water for showers was erratic, and gas BBQ felt outdated and dangerous . Rick was responsive with toilet and gas cylinder issues. Unfortunately the day he went to hospital we all started to turn green in the pool including hair , bodies and clothes ? A chemical imbalance . Didn’t spoil our fun as a family 3 generations . A good size pool and lots of activities such as pool and darts at the property! Thank you and we wish you well in the future now you have decided to sell up

Perfect setting !

We are home after 9 Nights at this beautiful place with stunning views. Rick and Annie are amazing and so so helpful. When we arrived, there was a little added excitement
due to a fire on the mountain but thankfully was got under control and we were able to enjoy our holiday. Rick was brilliant and kept us informed of how the situation was going. Anything you need or any questions you have Rick and Annie are there to assist. The cabin has everything you want on a holiday, a true home from home feel. Our kids were aged 7-20 and all loved the pool day and night fun! Not to mention the darts, hot tub, outdoor dining and pool table too! The location also is fantastic 30 mins pretty much from everywhere. We had a great day out at the lake recommended by Rick and Annie

An absolute gem

The lodge is an absolute gem. Difficult to find but when you do it will blow your mind. You are in the campo so expect some of the campo to come and meet you. This was more than our expectations were and would book again if we need to. The facilities are spot on for a family. When the host say a car is essential, they mean a car is Essential although once ensconced in, there is enough to do for whatever length of stay you have. At night from the viewing deck, you look over the entire town of Alhaurin el Grande, and look up to see a full network of stars and watch shooting stars. Just brilliant. We went as a family including 8 and 10 year olds but also 15 and 19 years old and were not bored for one minute. Brilliant! The only negative is that not all of the bedrooms have fully functioning air con and that would have been a real plus. However it did not spoil our break. Do not think twice about booking. You will not be disappointed.

Family holiday July 2019

Just back from a week at this villa with my 2 daughters and their families- 13 in total. A bit apprehensive about it all as it was our first villa holiday but everyone absolutely loved it. It is a bit away from everywhere but we had a small car to drive to the local town of Coín for shopping- it had a Lidl and a large mercadona supermarket. We ventured into benelmadena 2 nights out of our stay using a local minibus company who were brilliant aswell. We had kids ranging from 10 to 21 and they all said it was they’re best holiday ever. Just spending time with the family around the pool during the day and lazing in the hot tub and eating from the bbq in the evening was wonderful. Having no one else around to bother you - being able to jump in the pool when you wanted - even late in the evenings -was brilliant. The WiFi helped aswell when some of them wanted to just go and sit on their phones catching up with friends. Satellite tv was great aswell. There was definitely something to keep everyone happy and rick was on hand should we need him but there were absolutely no problems while we were there. No one wanted to go home and we would love to go back - thanks rick and Annie for allowing us to spend time in your wonderful retreat.

Wir waren eine mit der Familie, 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder dort und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Der Außenbereich ist toll! Ausstattung ist prima und alles ausreichend vorhanden. Der Innenbereich heizt sich schon sehr auf, nicht in allen Bereichen ist eine Klimaanlage (aber Ventilatoren) vorhanden. Wir können die Unterkunft insgesamt sehr empfehlen, gerade wenn man etwas ungestörte Zeit verbringen möchte. Mit dem Auto sind ausreichend AktivitĂ€ten zudem erreichbar.

Was fĂŒr ein Ferienhaus !!!

Wir waren absolut begeister. Das Haus ist schlichtweg der Hammer. Alles was man sich vorsetellen kann in traumhafter Umgebung. Die Beschreibung im Internet ist noch untertrieben. Waren ende Mai 2011 zu acht 2 Wochen in dem Haus. 6 Erwachsene 2 Kinder. Die Vermieter Rick und Annie kĂŒmmern sich rĂŒhrend um einen und haben fĂŒr uns die Messlatte fĂŒr Gastfreundschaft nochmals deutlich angehoben. Nichts bleibt dem Zufall ĂŒberlassen. Der Pool und Jacuzzi sind sehr gepflegt was nicht ĂŒberall selbstverstĂ€ndlich ist. Ein traumhaftes Feriendomicil in den Bergen von Andalusien. Wir bedanken uns nochmals fĂŒr die tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder !

SĂ©jour parfait

Un accueil parfait de Richard et Annie Une rĂ©activitĂ© parfaite de Richard si question ou problĂšme. Une maison situĂ© Ă  moins de 10 minutes des commerces (Carrefour Ă  Coin) et Ă  40 minutes de Marbella et Malaga. Une maison trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© dans un lieu reculĂ© sans vis Ă  vis et avec une vue exceptionnelle pour les sunrise et sunset. La dĂ©pendance avec une chambre double + salle de bain et toilette et la chambre avec tous les lits pour les enfants avec salle de bain et toilette. Le seul point que nous pouvons soumettre Ă  Richard et Annie est de mieux prĂ©ciser sur l'annonce le fait que le systĂšme de climatisation est manquante dans une des chambres de la maison principale et qu'il faut ajouter 1€ pour 1h30 de fonctionnement. Ce principe ne me dĂ©range pas si il est expliquĂ© car lors des annĂ©es prĂ©cĂ©dentes des locataires ont du certainement laissĂ© les climatisations tournĂ© en permanence ce qui n'est pas nĂ©cessaire, pas Ă©conomique et pas Ă©cologique. Il manquerait peut ĂȘtre au niveau de la fenĂȘtre de la chambre de la dĂ©pendance (celle qui a une fenĂȘtre tournĂ© vers l'Est) un volet ou un systĂšme de planche en bois qui Ă©vite que le soleil du matin tape et chauffe la piĂšce. Un grand merci pour votre accueil, vos conseils, votre aide, votre accueil. Pour les futurs locataires ces petites remarques ne doivent pas freinĂ© votre demande dans ce lieu idyllique. Allez y les yeus fermĂ©s ! :) Enjoy and take care

Property consists of outdoor 8 x 4 pool which was refurbished at the beginning of 2018 and Indoor jacuzzi and pool table and darts board and exercise machine. Gas Barbecue and outdoor kitchen as well as outdoor dining and seating area for relaxation. There is also a double bed with privacy curtains on the unique decking overlooking the mountain towards Mijas.
