Sehr charmante Ferienvilla / Finca. Das Hotel liegt 2 Autominuten vom weißen und lebhaften Dorf Mijas entfernt. 7 km von der Küste entfernt. Atemberaubender Meerblick und Terrassen rund um den Garten von 6. 600 m2. 100% Privatsphäre und kinderfreundlich: Privatstraße; überhaupt kein Verkehr! Das Haus ist ein renoviertes Bauernhaus mit viel Charakter. Es gibt einen tollen Poolbereich mit vielen schattigen Bereichen.
Die Finca verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Das Haus ist nicht für Behinderte geeignet. Zahlung per PayPal ist möglich,

What a beautiful finca it is. Breathtaking sea and hill views and a steep uphill but shortish walk into the centre of town. Pueblo Mijas is lovely.The finca itself is charming with plenty of equipment. The area itself is so quiet and relaxing.

The finca is very peaceful and tranquil set right at the end of a very steep, narrow track. The drive down is not for the faint hearted!The house itself is comfortable and the pool is a good size but cold & could probably do with a little maintenance to replace damaged tiles. There’s a lot of going up and down steps, often without handrails and for this reason I don’t think the house is safe for children under 12. Views are absolutely picture postcard stunning and for that reason I would return.

Incredible finca. Stunning views of the surrounding area. Well equipped property. Cleanliness great for such a large area. Hosts and housekeeper Karin were easy to communicate with and attentive to any queries. Location is situated down several steep hills which leads onto a gravel track so dependent on your fitness, do be mindful of hiring a robust car, taxi, etc. Swimming pool was lovely and the whole garden surrounding the villa was pure heaven!

Amazing finca. Great location

Such a beautiful place. We stayed with our 1 year old baby and the place was perfect for us. We used the pool which is great. Had to clean it sometimes because there is no pool service at this house (but for the price you pay, doesn’t matter!) House is well stocked and nicely arranged. The yards of the property are amazing. The view from the terrace is Georgous. Loved everything about it. Just be ready for a country drive down to the house. Typical mountain road,Sometimes unpaved.

lovely property for a chill out holiday

lovely property, perfect for a relaxing holiday. lots of steps to get around but well worth the effort! everything was clean and tidy and the pool was brilliant (just needs a bit of tlc). if you hire a car, make sure you get one that has a bit of welly to get up and down the steep track. the listing states it has an oven in the kitchen - it doesn’t have one but has a combination microwave - if it does have an oven we couldn’t find it! would definitely come again.

Finca in an adventurous and beautiful setting

We had a very nice stay in a well functioning house, with two small dogs the steep garden and many stairs were a challenge, but we knew already when booking. The pool area and the lounge area outside the upper entrance were beautiful. From the outset cleaning was somewhat lacking, seemed as if the house had been empty for a while since last cleaning, and smelly pillows well over due date, got new ones during our stay. Challenging access road, but well managed with a decent car, and a healthy walk, 20-30 minutes to Mijas Pueblo. All in all, we were happy staying in the house and consider renting it again in the summer.

Great Villa in Mijas with all the amenities that you need in Spain

We had a great time in the villa with our two teenager daughters and my in-laws. Check-in was great (thanks Karin) and the villa amenities were top - Air conditioning in every major rooms (5), chef kitchen and 3 patios to enjoy while cooking tapas on the nice propano bbq. The access to the villa is a bit rock and roll but at least you are the last house on the street. Scenic view on the sea and the Mijas mountains. Walking distance from the village (steep path to get back to the national road); the only downside is that the pool needs some tiles refresh. Other than that, it is a 10/10.

We had the most wonderful holiday! The villa is stunning and has everything you need. It was immaculately clean and the check in/check out process with Karin was really easy. Great communication all round. We stayed with two children (aged 7 and 9) and felt comfortable with the steps around the villa and down to the pool - though it might be harder with younger children. The only thing of note is the location at the bottom of the steep hill - it means the villa is really private and in a stunning setting, but getting into Mijas Pueblo would be challenging for some. We walked up twice on an evening and even at 7:30pm it was an extremely hot walk - though the kids managed it easier than we did! It is manageable if you’re fairly fit - and actually we could walk into the centre of Mijas Pueblo in around 30 minutes, even when taken slowly. But it wasn’t a particularly enjoyable first half of the walk in the heat. We eventually managed to work out how to get Mijas Taxis to pick us up with a little broken Spanish, and they were fab. We also got a taxi home every night (as I wouldn’t fancy walking down it in the dark with the kids). Half of the drivers were fine about the road, but half of them commented on it being a tricky drive and not on their usual access routes. However, I wouldn’t let it put you off booking, as the villa itself is perfect. We wouldn’t hesitate booking again - now we know how to navigate the taxis - and all four of us agreed it was the best we’d stayed in.

Beautiful Isolated Holiday Villa

This is a stunning large villa which is extremely private. It is very well equipped with everything provided, from air conditioning through to numerous glasses and plates, pots, pans, towels etc etc. Everything was very clean and small things thought of, such as providing gin and tonic for our enjoyment! The pool area is amazing, and also beautiful. The pool is large, the sun loungers are comfortable, there are lots of shaded areas as well as a parasol. The communication with the owner and then with Karin, the house keeper, was second to none. Karin was very very helpful and replied to queries quickly throughout the week. The only reason we didn’t give this 5 stars is that there are several extremely steep hills which the house is located at the bottom of. They are not all tarmaced and are narrow and windy. It is only half a km up to the main road, and we’re a fit family, but in 30+ degree sunshine, it was not enjoyable to climb! Plus the local taxi firm didn’t find the house until we emailed them a google maps image of where it is (we didn’t hire a car). Overall, we had a fabulous week stay. We’ve stayed in Mijas Pueblo before and love the place, we’d recommend a visit to anyone.

Gorgeous but Hilly!!

Great comms from Hans and Karin from start to finish - very friendly but professional. Karin met us in Mijas and we followed her to the villa, which was helpful. I was designated driver but could not drive the last quarter mile to the villa. The road is so steep and not fully made up. There is a road up to the front door of the house but I haven't seen a steeper road in the UK, and it is only partially concrete. The villa itself is lovely - a real home from home, nicely decorated with everything you need. Great air con in most rooms (our bedroom didn't work), really comfortable beds, tons of crockery, pans and utensils. Fabulous. The best views from the villa as well - you can see for miles!! There are brand new sunbeds round the pool, but no cushions - slightly uncomfortable when lying there all day like us! And no parasols, which in the severe heat was tough. The shade from the trees just wasn't enough, but the villa is nice and cool. We tried to walk into town a few times, but even at 7pm, the heat and the sheer steepness of the road made it virtually impossible. I know the taxis will come, but we weren't confident ringing them and being clear where to come. Overall, although there were pros and cons, we loved the place and loved our stay. Just go in knowing it's down a VERY steep slope. It's also 55 steps from the pool to the villa.

Schöne Finca mit mehreren traumhaften Terrassen. Jede mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die Landschaft und das Meer. Die Finca ist gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet und war sehr sauber. Der Pool könnte ein Update gebrauchen. Einige Mosaiksteine lösen sich. Die Zuwegung zu dem abgelegenen Haus ist z.T. sehr steil und die letzten Meter sind nicht befestigt.Aber der Weg lohnt sich. Hier findet man Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit und trotzdem nur einen kurzen Weg bis nach Mjias. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Absolut perfekt. Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet, der Garten lädt zum Träumen ein und der Pool ist super Man wird bei Anreise oben an der Hauptstraße abgeholt und zum Haus geführt, was ein toller Service ist. Die Straße zum Haus ist für eine geübten Autofahrer auch kein Problem und nach 2-3 x hoch und runtergehen hat man sich daran gewöhnt.Die Betten sind alle sehr bequem und die Badezimmer sind auch superWir sind glücklich und hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub

Schöne Zeit mit kleinen Abzügen

Uns hat der Aufenthalt grundsätzlich gut gefallen, jedoch fanden wir die Anlage und das Haus sehr wenig gepflegt, was dazu führte, dass wir uns zwar wohl gefühlt haben, das Haus aber nicht uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen würden.Im oberen Badezimmer fanden wir an der Klobürste noch Reste unseres Vormieters, und die Dusche in diesem Badezimmer war aufgrund einer defekten Halterung nicht nutzbar. So dass wir immer zu fünft auf das untere Badezimmer ausweichen mussten. Dieses Badezimmer war dafür aber wirklich toll. Die Nähe zum Ort Mias fanden wir außerdem super. Die Kinder haben den Pool genossen, auch wenn wir Erwachsene auch hier ein paar Abzüge geben aufgrund der mangelnden Wartung und Pflege! Der Rand des Pools ist grün, und während unseres Aufenthalts haben sich unzählige Fliesen gelöst, die wir dann vom Poolboden aufheben mussten. Wenn auch der Preis relativ günstig für so ein Ferienhaus mit dem großen Pool ist, sollten einige Investitionen getätigt werden. Zum Beispiel könnten kaputte Bänke ausgetauscht, Schrauben nachgedreht oder Möbel ausgetauscht werden.Trotzdem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit.

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in der Finca. Der Checkin durch die Haushälterin hat super funktioniert. Das Haus ist genau richtig um abzuschalten, sehr viel Ruhe und Natur. Der Fußweg nach Mijas gleicht einem Fitnessprogramm, was bei dem guten Essen dort nicht schadet.
