Fantastische Villa mit Blick auf die Bucht von Malaga und die Sierra de Mijas, ganz in der Nähe von allem, 1 km vom Golfplatz Lauro, etwa 20 Minuten vom Strand, 20 Minuten vom Flughafen und 25 Minuten von der Hauptstadt Malagas entfernt.
Das Haus hat 240 m2 auf zwei Etagen, 3 Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss mit einem großen Badezimmer mit Dusche und Whirlpool und einer Außenterrasse, im Erdgeschoss gibt es 1 Schlafzimmer, eine Toilette, ein großes Wohnzimmer und eine voll ausgestattete Küche sowie eine große Veranda mit Blick auf den großen beheizten Pool (überprüfen Sie den Preis der Klimaanlage des Pools mit dem Eigentümer)
Grundstück von 5.000 m2 bestehend aus mehr als 1.000 m2 Erholungsfläche mit beheiztem Pool mit Liegestühlen, Grill, Spielplatz für Kinder mit Schaukeln, Basketballkorb, Tischtennis, Billard, Hängematte etc ... Free Wifi . Der Rest des Grundstücks ist eingezäunt und mit verschiedenen Baumarten und einem Hühnerstall mit täglich frischen Eiern bepflanzt.

The Villa is very large and a traditional Spanish style. The pool and pool area were lovely. It felt like you were in a hotel as the pool is large and there are plenty of sun beds and is very clean and tidy. The location was great. 10 mins to a couple of supermarkets and fuel stations. Easy to get to from the airport. Close to Malaga, Torremolinos, and many other towns. The hosts were great. Met us at the villa and explained everything and also sent lots of information about the local area. There are solar cells being used which is good too. We were a party of 8 all adults but could have easily been 12 without any problems at all. The pool table, table tennis, and basket ball was used regularly. We used the outdoor kitchen for cooking and the well equipped kitchen. The chicken were a great addition and provided plenty of eggs.

Great Family home

Check in was very easy, we met the owners at the house and was explained everything. Fantastic nice size pool and facilities ideal for families. Even fresh figs off the trees and eggs from the chickens!

Absolutely Amazing Stay!We had an incredible time at this holiday villa. Beautiful house for a great vacation

Our party was 2 families with kids and we had great time in this beautiful house. Maricarmen and Miguel were so welcoming and friendly hosts. The house was perfectly equipped, with all kitchen appliances, and barbacue equipment. The pool was nicely heated and clean. Everything was perfect and would definitely come back.

Superb place for a big family.

We had lovely days in the house. It is spacious and very well equipped. The pool is absolutely perfect for families, stairs in one end for the youngest and oldest. Lot’s of fun for the children. The owners are really, really nice and helpful.

This property is absolutely incredible. Quiet location, plenty of space and everything you could possibly need on site.The attention to detail from the hosts was incredible. Nothing was too much trouble and they were both so friendly and welcoming.The house is absolutely beautiful and the view of the mountains is stunning! The pool and outside area are gorgeous with so much to do for all ages.Plenty of parking and the shops/beaches only a little drive away.Check in and out process is really easy.I really can't say enough about this property. It's even better than the photos. I would not hesitate to come back again!

Great holiday!

We spent a fantastic week here. Hosts are very welcoming and helpful. House is very well equipped, heated pool allows you to use it anytime. Property is situated in a calm area but very close to Malaga. Highly reccomended! I'm sure we will be coming back at some point!

We recently stayed at Villa Vereda del Palmar for 10 days, myself and my husband and our 3 young children, it was amazing, the hosts were really lovely people, extremely helpful with providing any information about the local area we needed. We had no problems or issues but we are sure they would have resolved anything for us in an instant. The Villa itself was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we could possibly have wanted. The outside area was brilliant, a really good size pool with a really fun slide and diving board that our children absolutely loved!! The pool table, ping-pong, and a basketball hoop were a big hit with us all, our two boys loved collecting the eggs each morning from the resident chickens, we highly recommend this villa to anybody looking in this area, can't fault it.

Superb Villa

This is a lovely Villa, which fully delivered all of our family requirements. Its location was perfect, private for the family needs and located near enough to enjoy the tourist places. The hosts were lovely people who couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was perfect. We will be booking again for 2025 and would have no issue in recommending other people to use.

We loved our two weeks in Malaga in Villa Vereda del Palmar. The villa was just fabulous and perfect for our family needs, very comfortable with lots of character. Miquel and Mariecarmen were perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble. The pool was fantastic and we couldn’t have asked for me. Really hope we will be able to return soon

Fantastic

The outside space makes this Villa, great pool, great BBQ and fantastic facilities. The owners are very helpful and just a phone call away. I will be back with family in the future

Fantastic holiday

Villa and owners both fantastic, would rate higher than 5 if we could. Our grandchildren loved the swimming pool in particular but also playing ping pong, table tennis and basketball. Will definitely return

We had a fantastic two-week vacation at the villa with my partner and our three children. The villa exceeded our expectations — it included all the listed amenities and even some pleasant surprises, like a TV in every room and a karaoke set in the living room. Everything was spotless, and the pool was regularly cleaned every 3 to 4 days.The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, offering us plenty of great tips for exploring the Malaga area. The location of the villa is ideal for day trips — within an hour’s drive, we visited Marbella, Nerja, Torremolinos beach, Mijas, and of course, Malaga itself.There are also two great restaurants just a minute's drive away, and a supermarket conveniently located about five minutes from the villa.Overall, a perfect place for a relaxing and fun family getaway!

Our best family holiday

Everyone loved this place. Lots of space for all family, a fantastic pool and outdoor cooking and dining area. The kids enjoyed feeding the chickens and collecting the eggs every day. No one wanted to leave. A big thank you to Miguel and Maricarmen. Great hosts!

Perfect Summer holidays in autumn

Huge Pool with heating - the Kids and the adults loved it very much. Nice house with everything you need for a week of pleasure and relaxing in a very private atmosphere. Incl. Table Tennis, Beach Ball, Billard.
