Thank you for staying at The Colonnades 1801. I’m sorry your stay fell short of expectations. I appreciate you calling out the nonworking outlets, the loose shower fixtures (and the knob falling off), the uncomfortable mattresses, and the parking limitations that made your stay stressful. I’ve flagged this reservation with our operations, maintenance, and housekeeping teams so they can investigate and address the electrical outlets, shower repairs, mattress condition, and housekeeping checks. We’ll also review building parking rules and our communication/response for after-hours service so this doesn’t happen again.
