Close to everything in town, yet it feels like you are set off in the distance so it is not too crowded.Unit could have been better stocked. We were extremely pleased with this condo! It was perfect for our stay, very clean and plenty of room. There were more beds than advertised so we could've easily had more people. We also loved that everyone had their own bathroom! Will request this condo again!

Perfect place

This was one of my favorite places I have stayed at. Very large and picture are accurate. Beautiful views elevator are new very clean. Will stay at this location again if available in the future. There is plenty of room for family’s. We loved it! Thank you for allowing is to stay in your condo!

Only a few suggestions, need more towels & wash cloths for large group. We were short some wash cloths. No liquid dish detergent was provided as a starter. Parking for 2 vehicles should be free, especially during off season. Next update would be to remove carpet in bedrooms. I’m picky about having clean floors especially since had a toddler with us & tile was clean. An extra bonus was all the beach equipment & chairs! There was plenty of dishes, cooking pots, pans, crock pot, glasses & utensils. Disappointed that we didn’t see much sunshine, but can’t control weather! Loved indoor pool & nice weight room. Enjoyed & would definitely stay again! A big thanks to Jill, great to work with & appreciate your help!

The beach service and the “walking path” were nice to have - we had a young child on crutches so it helped him have a better beach experience. Would have been nice to know there was construction happening during our stay. The elevators were a real problem with holiday occupancy and only 2 operating. The living room furniture had not been dusted and there was a new unopened shower curtain laying on the closed toilet in one bathroom (where the curtain was moldy). Otherwise very nice unit.

We had plenty of room to move around and the extra bed room was an awesome surprise! It could have been a little cleaner but besides that it was awesome. Usually when we go to the beach we wait so long for the elevator but the elevators were amazing and we never had to wait. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Condo

We stayed at this condo for five days with a family of 12. Our party included all ages, and we were very happy with the accommodations. Condo was as pictured. There were plenty of beds for everyone, with some people sleeping one to a bed, and we had a bed to spare! To address some previous negative reviews that I had read, the kitchen had plenty of dishes for every meal we cooked, including kid-friendly dishes and cups. We were able to cook biscuits and gravy, spaghetti, and a seafood boil. We were very surprised to find an air fryer, crockpot, two coffee pots, and a grill similar to a George Foreman in the unit. We had two issues while there, which each were addressed within one hour. All of the furniture (beds, couch, etc.) were comfortable and in good condition. There was a small game cabinet, which the kiddos appreciated. Each bedroom included a large screen TV, which was appreciated. The gate attendant was always friendly. There were plenty of carts available to transport luggage and groceries up to the unit. All there are four elevators on property, which we rarely had to wait for. The pools on property were nice. There was also a kiddy pool and three hot tubs. The trash chute was very close to the unit, which was convenient. We would stay again!!! The only negative that I have is that we did have to drive to go anywhere, as this condo is located on a very busy street that I was not personally comfortable walking across.

Pools were nice and beach was beautiful. 3 Elevators were fast. We were disappointed on the lack of supplies we didn't have and communication. After our long journey we got to the condo and realized one of the bathrooms didn't have TP. No extra garbage bags, and the bin marked cleaning supplies was completely empty.Had to buy salt and pepper (which it did state they wouldn't provide any oils or spices). Communication wasn't great. I had to email multiple times to get a question answered before a trip. Leading up to the trip we got an email that was contradictory to the VRBO listing. Attempted to resolve the issue before our stay. VRBO listing was correct, the email that caused anxiety was wrong. I did love the property and would recommend it to a friend, with the understanding of what not ideal.

Hello, so when we arrived there was a blue stain on the comforter in the grey room, hair in 2 bathrooms, the door stopper was broken in the room with 2 beds, and the refrigerator was dirty. Not enough to ruin our trip but for the money I had to pay to stay there I was expecting for the place to be clean. Other than that, the views remain gorgeous and we enjoyed the indoor pools. The beach was so close which made coming and going easy

I was pleasantly surprised by the 2 additional rooms with beds that allowed us to spread out more. Location is great, close to everything Orange Beach has to offer. Unit was clean, had 2 separate balconies, and a well stocked kitchen for meals. Indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor pool and boardwalk, racquetball courts, tennis and basketball courts all made the resort that much more appealing. This was the perfect unit for a large crowd.

Christmas at the beach

This unit was everything we could have wanted or needed for a week away. With room for everyone to be together and yet have their own space. The kids were well entertained with all the amenities of the facility and the beach was perfect. Can’t wait to come back.

Great location

Great location and view. The number of beds and bedrooms were more than even expected. The unit was definitely ready for a good end of the year cleaning and a few pieces of furniture need to be replaced, but overall would stay again.

Reviewer Comments: Overall stay was good EXCEPT for the dilapidated furniture in the living room and the mostly non-working cooktop in the kitchen.After having spoken with the renters that followed us,they mentioned that those same burners on the cooktop didn't work last year when they were a condo owner we work hard to keep our unit in great working order for our renters.
