Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in der begehrten West-Ecke der 21. Etage mit Blick auf den Außenpool am Phoenix Gulf Shores mit unglaublichem Panoramablick auf den Golf und atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergängen! Wir haben auch ein schlüsselloses Haustürschloss, so dass Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts nicht mit Schlüsseln auf dem Laufenden bleiben müssen! Sie können einen spektakulären Blick auf den Golf vom Balkon oder durch die raumhohen Fenster in der Einheit genießen. Mit über 1.980 m² ist das Gerät sehr geräumig, neu möbliert und neu auf dem Mietmarkt!



Die Ausstattung dieser Wohnung in Phoenix Gulf Shores ist reichlich: Die Einheit ist mit Geräten in voller Größe, einer Wet-Bar mit Eismaschine, einem 65-Zoll-SMART-Flachbildfernseher im Wohnzimmer und einem 55-Zoll-SMART-Flachbildfernseher im Haupt- und zweiten Schlafzimmer ausgestattet 43 "SMART-Fernseher im 3. und 4. Schlafzimmer, Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner in voller Größe. Es gibt ein Kingsize-Bett im Master, ein Kingsize-Bett im 2. Schlafzimmer, zwei Queensize-Betten im 3. Communication was great. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Some of us arrived after the lobby was closed and we were unable to get our parking passes. On Thanksgiving Day, an employee made a special effort and came over to give us our parking passes! We would definitely stay at The Phoenix Gulf Shores again.

Looks just like the pictures, love that it was not a far walk to the beach at all which is perfect for a big group, especially kids! Host made sure everything was taken care of that we needed!

Loved our condo. Amazing views, plenty of space for the 8 of us. Beach was right outside of building and so nice/not crowded.

Beautiful Condo, beautiful view

Had a great time. Condo is perfect for the 6 adults in our group. Beautiful view of the Gulf. Highly recommended for a laid back place to stay, hang out enjoying the beautiful view, be within steps of the beach!

We were a family of 15. This condo was perfect for us. Elevators were fast never had to wait. Pools were perfect, I would suggest making the outside pool heated during some months. Had everything we needed! We will be back

Wonderful views

Upon arrival it was easy to check in and get our parking pass. We had a fantastic end unit with amazing views! Unit was clean found a few stains but nothing I couldn’t handle cleaning on my own. Unit was spacious for our family of 5, kids each had own bedroom and bed and bathroom, just like at home. Unit was as described and lots of seating! Would absolutely stay again!!

Fun at the beach

Overall very good. Only problem was cleanness in the kitchen. All dishes in the kitchen were dirty. The dishwasher was broken but fixed on Tuesday all and all a great stay. Would definitely stay again.

Fun was had by all!

We stayed at this same property a year ago and found it not as well equipped this year. We were missing 2 pillow cases and there were no kitchen towels and no dish soap. The kitchen seemed to be in a bit of disarray as the pans and cooking bowls were just thrown in cupboards. Again, the location is awesome.

Beautiful views. Nice decor. Balcony is amazing. There are plenty of dishes for a large group. Elevators were in working order and clean. Phoenix grounds were clean and nice. Floors in the condo were dirty and sandy upon our arrival. Floors made your feet or socks black on the bottom. Couch was torn. Toilet slid around on the floor. Fridge had a couple of broken shelves. TV in one of the bedrooms was unusable because it is about to go out and the screen is blue.

Family Vacation

We love to stay at this property. The two zero entry pools are perfect for the small grandchildren. They particularly love the heated indoor pool. Also, easy access to the beach. This unit was wonderful and decorated nicely. We had a great stay and we would definitely stay here again. However, just a couple of things needs to be updated. First one is the dryer desperately needs some work or even replacing. Each load of laundry took at least three cycles and sometimes four to get the items dry. Also, the kitchen could really use some new pans and cookie sheets. The ones there have seen better days. Oh and the balcony is so nice to spend some time on. We really enjoyed hanging out on it watching the stingrays and dolphins. Some even got to see a turtle. A great time was had by all!!!

It was great, but……

Overall the condo was great but I was very surprised to find out we had to pay $55 per vehicle to park. I’ve been coming to Gulf Shores years and in all those years I have never had to pay to park. With how expensive the condo was to rent and then a parking fee on top of that, I felt nickel and dimed. The condo was very nice and not dirty, but could use a good deep cleaning. Dust under the table legs, dust in the cabinets. It really needs a good deep cleaning. Found dirty dishes in the cabinets, but that’s not uncommon in these condos because the dishwashers aren’t the greatest. Still, overall loved the stay and our family had a wonderful time and made lots of lasting memories.

Never going back!!

This condo was very spacious however, it was dirty upon arrival. I know it’s on the beach. I understand that however, it was way too much sand on the floors and even in the beds. Also, we encountered the fire alarm in our condo going off at 10:30 PM. It was a nightmare for us. However, the fire department came and cleared us to return to our room at midnight when I spoke to the property manager, Michael, he was very rude and told me that I was stupid for opening a patio door. Well, isn’t that what patio doors are for he insulted me personally to the level I will never return to this condo for vacation again. I would not recommend it to anyone.

They had everything you needed to start your vacation off right. I’d love to rent this unit again for our future vacations. There was enough room for everyone! The AC had a hard time keeping up. It was very hot when we went so when you opened the big beautiful sliding glass door the hot air came rushing in. Nothing we could really do about it though. The front desk was very accommodating with the parking. It’s says only 3 parking passes but we were able to purchase the 5 passes we needed.
