We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is exactly as pictured. Plenty of space for everyone, awesome master suite. Amazing views! I think there was almost always someone out enjoying the balcony, especially in the morning and evening. Easy walk to the beach. Enjoyed the pools and hot tubs. FYI we arrived just a few minutes early and tried the key code but it wouldn't work. Called the management company and they were able to give us a new code, but thankfully they addressed the issue quickly. Be sure and bring dish soap, dishwasher pods, garbage bags and toilet paper. They've been working on one of the elevators since December so only one elevator was working. Most times not a big problem but mid-afternoon when lots of people were checking in there were definitely some long waits for people with carts. But highly recommend this unit.

ROACHES!!Our stay at this condo was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it. The biggest issue was a significant roach infestation. We saw numerous roaches throughout our stay, including several that crawled into our pizza box while we were actively eating dinner on the kitchen counter. It was so bad that we had to DoorDash roach spray at our own expense. This did not solve issue. At minimum we killed 10 roaches a day making use of the kitchen impossible and revolting.When we contacted the management company to report the issue, their response unhelpful and showed little to no concern regarding the roach infestation. We expected them to take the matter seriously, but instead felt that our concerns were dismissed.The building is in need of updates and repair. Only one elevator worked the entirety of the stay, as well as the remaining elevator stopped working intermittently. This condo sleeps up to 12 people, yet they do not disclose on third-party booking sites that only two vehicles are permitted to park at the property. For a rental of this size, that is simply unrealistic. When we contacted the company, we were simply directed to “public parking,” without being told that overnight parking is prohibited in most public lots resulting in 200 fees for two vehicles. What should have been a relaxing vacation was frustrating and stressful. These issues should be clearly disclosed and, more importantlycorrected before future guests stay here.

We had a great time with our family and friends celebrating birthdays! The location was great and so was the condo. It was spacious and clean, served our needs well. The only part that was tough was parking. Lots of empty ‘owner’ spots that would have bern nice to use.

We had a great time. Plenty of room for everyone , three generations !!!! The condo was furnished with anything you might need. Great view from the balcony but needs more outdoor furniture as only had seating for 6 people.

Beautiful view, quiet end of the beach, spacious interior, well equipped kitchen and very clean!

Great experience. Had a couple of service needs and management was responsive and courteous. The beach wasn’t crowded, unlike the beach in front of the big properties. Great pool, gas grills for cooking in the common area and location of this corner unit makes it very quiet - we didn’t hear neighbors at all. Really great experience overall.

Very Clean Condo!

We come to Orange Beach all the time and have never stayed at Grand Pointe before. What a great place! The condo was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed at. Plenty of space for everyone inside and 4 bathrooms is amazing. Southern Vacation Rentals made the entire process easy even we we extended our stay. Everything was great. We will be back!

Nice Place!

Everything was very nice and clean. The space was updated and nicely decorated. My only complaint would be the beds. The mattresses old and visibly sunken (is that a word?) and the bedding itself was a little sparse. But other than that we enjoyed the stay very much.
