An oasis of fun at the house with a pool, 2nd story water slide, hot tub, pool table, ping pong table, movie theater and rooftop deck with views of the Gulf. Only 1 block from Siesta Key public beach making it a wonderful family vacation.

We stayed here with 3 families - 6 adults and 7 kids ages 8-14 and it was an incredible week! The house was just as described. Clean and spacious and outstanding outdoor spaces. The slide was a hit for the kids and adults! We ate dinner up on the top deck several nights watching the sun set. The included wagons, chairs and coolers made our daily trips to the beach SO much better. A quick walk across the street and we were on the most beautiful white sandy beach. Even walking to dinners on the Main Street was do-able with our group of kiddos. The only negative thing I could say about the entire week was the noise ordinance. 6 adults were playing card games inside at the dining room table @11pm and we received an obnoxious amount of emails that our noise level was violating the ordinance. From inside the house?? All 7 kids fast asleep upstairs and not a single one heard us but outside levels were violated. We all found that very odd. I got 6 emails and an automated phone call in 45 min time. Overkill Overall it was a memory filled week. Great experience from initial booking, to check in with the host and response from the host when small things came up during the week. We’d come back and re-book this house (and that’s not often the case!!)

This is a great home for a group of friends or families. It’s a quick walk to the beach, in a great location near the Village, and the home itself is gorgeous and provides just about everything you need for your stay.One thing future guests should be aware of is the very strict noise policy after 10 PM. I was celebrating my 50th birthday with a group of friends, and we received noise warnings every night we spent time outside after 10 PM. The first night, I can understand that our group may have been a little louder. However, the following two nights there were only a few of us sitting in the hot tub talking/laughing and we still received repeated noise warnings. The warnings are generated by noise-monitoring software rather than a complaint from a neighbor. We woke up to numerous warning emails, and I also received voicemails and text messages regarding the noise level. I completely understand and respect quiet hours in a residential neighborhood, but the frequency of the alerts felt excessive and honestly made us uncomfortable using the outdoor space in the evening. Overall, the house is beautiful, well-equipped, and in a fantastic location. We really enjoyed our stay. I would just strongly recommend that groups considering this home understand that after 10 PM, the outdoor noise level is monitored very closely—even normal conversation among a small group may trigger alerts. With that said all the guests said they would rent this house again! Great space, perfect location!

We also want to address your note on the noise monitoring system, as this is important for future guests to understand. Our noise monitoring thresholds are set in alignment with county code and local ordinance guidelines, which we are required to follow to maintain our rental license and remain compliant with the municipality. Noise at vacation rentals is taken very seriously here on the Key, and the system is designed to help us stay ahead of any potential disruptions to neighboring homes. While we understand the frequency of the alerts was frustrating, our enforcement is a direct reflection of the standards we are required to uphold. Thank you again for sharing your experience and for the recommendation. We are so glad the group left ready to rent again.
