The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.

There are two bedrooms plus maid's bedroom with a single bed. The first one features an extra large king-sized bed and the second has two single beds. All beds are dressed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The 3.5 bathrooms contain all the essentials including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Guests will have access to the entire home, including the building's shared facilities, such as the pool and the gym. Discover the Podium area on the 1st floor, a hub of community facilities including unique pools for each building and an expansive sea-facing pool at Building 2. Adjacent to Building 2, you'll find the gym, and for those seeking culinary delights, indulge in BBQs at the podium level for an unforgettable experience.

With its exclusive island location, Bluewaters is conveniently accessible, situated just a 30-minute drive from Dubai International Airport, 20 minutes from Mall of the Emirates, 15 minutes from Palm Jumeirah, and 10 minutes from Ibn Battuta Mall. Residents and visitors enjoy a range of amenities, including partial sea views from apartment balconies and scenic jogging paths. The island is pedestrian-friendly and within walking distance to JBR’s lively promenade, The Walk, which is lined with shops, restaurants, and hotels. Dining options are abundant, with a variety of restaurants on the ground level and fine dining experiences at Caesars Palace, including the famous Gordon Ramsay's Hell’s Kitchen. Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.

Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
