Erstaunliches Penthouse auf dem Boden 41 -
2 Zimmer + ein kleiner Lesesaal können wir wie Schlafzimmer benutzen, wenn wir mehr als 5-6 Gäste haben.
Ab Mai 2019 befindet sich in der Nähe unseres Turms ein großes neues Gebäude, sodass die Aussicht nicht mehr auf das Meer reicht und es gelegentlich zu Lärmbelästigungen kommt.
Wir können in Betracht ziehen, dem Gast, der dieses Apartment buchen möchte oder im Voraus gebucht hat, ein kostenloses Upgrade zu gewähren.
Nach dem September 2020 wird das neue Gebäude fertig sein, so dass diese Immobilie wieder besser geeignet sein wird.

Fantastic terrace. Great location.

The terrace was spectacular. The bright blue skies, breezes, and amazing view made it a wonderful place to spend time. The location in JBR couldn’t have been better. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping area. Our family of four was quite comfortable in the apartment. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 8 days in JBR. The apartment was five star and so was our stay. Alessandro the host and Hla, our special friend from Myanmar, were great. All in all a five star stay in this luxury apartment.

Fantastic!

Apartment is in a great location close to beaches, shopping and great restaurants. Alex and Rosario were very accommodating. BEST OF ALL of course is the deck and the amazing view....we really didn't want to go anywhere else! The Apartment is very comfortable and well equipped with everything you could need. I would definitely give it more than 5 starts if i could!! Breathtaking views, very clean, spacious bedrooms, spacious living space. The host was amazing and very helpful during our stay in dubai always ready to answer any questions regarding the property, the city of dubai and any other concerns could easily be discussed. We loved the beautiful furniture and decoration throughout the pent house. Waking up to the beach view from the main bedroom was honestly the most amazing experience I have ever had. Definitely recommend staying here.

Stunning!!

We stayed in this apartment from 7th to 17th March and it was a fantastic experience. We were impressed with the apartment’s décor, it looked just like the photos. The house is very comfortable and spacious and the terrace is faboulous. We often sat on, to admire the sea.. It is located in Dubai Marina, so you can find many restaurants and the shopping mall along the Marina are easily accessible by foot. Taxis are also always available and cheap!!! The apartment has computer and free Wi-Fi . We had a great stay and will hopefully return soon!

Absolutely amazing terrace!

Arrived late Friday night, at even though we had received a lot of information from the owner regarding arrival, we still had problems getting into the building at 2 am. But once in, it is very easy, the parking spaces are 20 meters from the lifts, which will take you directly to the apartment at the 41st floor. The apartment in itself is not absolutely luxury, there are places where it is a bit worn, the 3rd bedroom is very small, and the shower in the smaller bathroom is not really suited for adults +80 kg. But all of this really doesn’t matter, once you step out on to the terrace. Words cannot describe the views! The terrace is 70 m2 and you have a 270 degree view of Dubai. The Palm Jumeirah is just outside and the sunset over the sea is absolutely amazing! I honestly doubt that you will find an apartment in Dubai for rent like this one – and even though it is a bit pricey, the terrace makes it worth every cent! The maid service was great. Left the apartment in a hurry one day, when we got up to late, and everything was cleaned and in order, when we got back. Simply had to leave a nice tip! The owner, Alessandro, was very helpful both before and during our stay. So, please DO NOT rent this apartment, because if you do, we won’t be able to, and we are definitely planning to stay here again! ;-)

Hello. I read the last part of the review and I couldn't believe.... Don't book thus apartment.... Then I read better.... What nice is your review!!! I love guest like you. Sime guest stay I'm my aparment and they are very communicative before arrive and when are in. Then after holiday no one word.... I like this apartment when is available I spend some of my days there. But it is very busy all year.... The Jewel of JBR that belittle's Palm Atlantis

Hello Everyone, I had a wonderful vacation in Dubai at this Vacation home last year with my whole family (includes my Wife, Parents and Sister). The best decision I ever made was to rent Mr. Alex's vacation home overlooking the Palm Island. We stayed here for about a week and it was never enough. We have some great memories in this home and we simply couldn't forget the moments of our ecstasy. The views from patio were simply awesome and breathtaking. We thoroughly enjoyed our home made special cocktails, morning breakfasts and lunches in the large patio overlooking the serene blue skies and the ocean, which accordingly to me, is more special than any other five star hotel in Dubai or UAE. Alex has done a great job of arranging the fancy, yet useful furniture, in the patio and inside, which is more than enough for anyone to have a comfortable stay. Kitchen was decently equipped with all utensils one may need to dive into their own cooking adventure. I had been to many vacation homes in California and other parts of USA, but I haven't found anything close to this place. My stay at this home was certainly money's worth and I would not hesitate to come back to this place again. At times, I had few problems corresponding with Alex (email mainly), but eventually we got comfortable and better with each other's communication. Alex is definitely trust worthy and he delivers what he promises. Just make sure, you share your entire trip plan and schedule upfront so that he can plan your stay accordingly. He and his wife were helpful in sharing some restaurant reviews/coupons, travel magazines and info on things/activities that we can do in and around JBR. An amazing apartment in the perfect location.

We arrived during the Monday evening and as soon as we entered this beautiful apartment we knew we were going to have a fantastic holiday. There were four of us (a group of friends) and two of them were celebrating 50th birthdays. They couldn't have wished for a better way to celebrate. The apartment was spotlessly clean and it felt so homely and comfortable. The layout of the apartment is excellent and the four of us didn't feel like we were on top of each other ... we each had our own bed to sleep in (and we all slept very well) and there were two bathrooms (and 3 showers!) The kitchen had everything we needed and Alex the owner really does think of everything - we didn't need to take dishwasher tablets, dishcloths, tea towels, washing up liquid ... it was all there for our use. The utility room had a washing machine (with wash powder supplied) which was very useful. The decor is lovely and we all felt so happy to have discovered this beautiful apartment. Upon arriving, we walked out onto the terrace - this was a real 'WOW' moment for us all - the lighting is beautiful and creates a very relaxing environment in which to watch the world go by down below us. The view in the daylight is equally as stunning - the Palm Atlantis was ahead of us, and the Burj al Arab was in the distance to our right. We were lucky enough to experience UAE National Day during our stay and also, Dubai were hosting the World Air Games. There were air displays every day we were there ... and the runway was right in front of our terrace. We saw so many different things during our stay including aerobatics, hot air ballons, parachutists, paragliding and so much more (including a shooting star!) There were also 3 consecutive nights of fireworks which were right in front of us too. Jo the agent who looks after the apartment contacted me and popped in on our first morning to show us a few things in the apartment and gave us the keys we needed to use to get into the building. She's a lovely lady and spoke excellent English. She also visited us on our last morning and was kind enough to organise our taxi transfer back to the airport. It is sometimes a little worrying when you book an apartment with someone you don't know ... but Alex the owner has been wonderful and answered any questions I had promptly. He popped in and said hello during our stay. The whole booking process is excellent. Thank you Alex for letting us rent your beautiful apartment - we will be back! :-)

Traumwoche mit Überblick

Großzügige Wohnung mit grandioser Dachterrasse !!! Letztere mit formschönen und bequemen Sonnenliegen sowie Chill-Sofas . Die Lage zählt für mich zu den Besten von ganz Dubai. Direkt am JBR Walk sowie der Dubai Marina mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Bars. Ein 24stündig geöffneter Supermarkt befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zudem ist der Strand sofort erreichbar. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter ist ausgezeichnet. Sogar ein Handy für die VAE steht zur Verfügung . Viele Dienstleistungen werden angeboten wie Limotransfer, Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten oder Reinigungsservice im sehr guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Also ein Rundum-Sorglos-Paket! Wonderful vacation!

We spent two gorgeous weeks in this apartment. Especially the terrace was a real highlight. We sat there every evening and enjoyed the fantastic view over the palm and skyscrapers. Absolutely impressive. The beach is just around the corner. The water temperature went up to almost 30°C. Perfect for our 2-year-old daughter. Ordering food was no problem. The delivery service was always in time. A coffee machine is available. Thank you Alessandro for having us. We had a fantastic time.

Absolutely recommendable Apartment

We spent 2 weeks in this lovely apartment. The location, the view and the large terrace is fantastic. The sea can be reached in a few minutes. One finds in the system Sadaf everything you need. Also a small supermarket which has everything in this system. In the restaurants are on the "Walk" can be super food. Even a Starbucks or Costa Coffee are just a few minutes. Alessandro is a super nice landlord of a help in all matters. Also recommended is the pivate airport shuttle can be organized by Alessandro. Mahmod the driver is super reliable and very nice. If we travel again to Dubai, an apartment by Alessandro we will definitely rent again.

Eine super Woche mit spektakulärer Aussicht und Terrasse in diesem wunderschönen Appartment. Lage ist sehr gut, direkt an zahlreichen Geschäften und Restaurants und der Strand ist sooooo nah. Alessandro und Samer waren immer hilfreich. Das einzige was wir vermisst haben, war eine Kaffeemaschine. Alles lief reibungslos und wir würden gerne wiederkommen. Great place in Dubai!

Top Terrasse, top Lage, Top Urlaub!

Phantastische Woche mit spektakulärer Aussicht und Terrasse. Lage ist sehr gut, direkt an zahlreichen Geschäften und Restaurants. Alessandro und Samer waren super hilfreich, egal ob es um eine Wüstenbuchung last minute ging oder um eine Tischreservierung im Burjii Al Arab. Das einzige was wir vermisst haben, war eine Kaffeemaschine. Alles lief reibungslos und wir würden gerne wiederkommen. We had a wonderful week, everything was perfect, the terrace is spectacular! Best place in Dubai!

Top Aussicht

Wir haben 2 wundervolle Wochen in Dubai verbracht. Der Ausblick von der riesigen Terrasse ist phantastisch. So manchen Abend verbrachten wir dort auf den bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Wohnung ist (wie auch aus den Fotos und der Beschreibung hervorgeht) modern, hell, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Zum Sandstrand sind es nur ein paar Meter. Die Pools der Anlage sind mit Duschen versehen und recht sauber. Für die Verpflegung ist in unmittelbarer Nähe bestens gesorgt. Die Highlights für unsere beiden Teenager waren die Wüstensafari und die Besuche der Wasserparks. Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer war stets freundlich und angenehm. Wir erhielten viele Informationen und Empfehlungen schon vorab. Für einen weiteren Dubai-Aufenthalt wäre dieses Apartment die erste Wahl für uns.

Stunning Penthouse in super location

I think this is really the best Penthouse on the area , so big and so nice - Incredible view of Dubai Eye, Sean and Palm. The pool is great, heated 31°!!! really i suggest this Amazing property The staff is really nice and collaborative Hope back son Yv.

The welcome was heart-warming and the availability of the owner was expectional along with its cordiality. The porperty was furnished with everything we hoped for and clean. it was an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone interested in a sojourn in Dubai.

Incredible 5 * luxury

This penthouse was better than we expected. Had an amazing 10 nights here, the view is incredible. Lovely safe area, restaurants and hotels and supermarkets all within a few minutes. The bedrooms are done to high spec as is everything else., We will definitely return soon.
