This elegantly decorated apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a comfy sofa bed, an armchair and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day in the city. There are also floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto the furnished balcony, where you can lounge and enjoy the stunning city views!

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries to fulfil your culinary requirements. There is also a washing machine if you wish to do laundry.

There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom contains a king bed with magnificent sea views, and the second has a queen bed. Both beds are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathrooms have all the necessary amenities for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Guests will no longer have access to the building using access cards. They must use the intercom at the entrance, select the option to speak with the reception, and the reception team will verify them via camera before granting access.

Guests can still access the pool using the access card provided.

This property is managed by GuestReady on behalf of its owner, and we want to ensure your stay is as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 if you need any help during your visit. As this is a personal home, we kindly ask that you treat it with care.

JBR is home to luxurious waterfront apartments envisioned and developed in the Mediterranean and Arabic architectural styles in one of the greatest cities in the world, and you've just conjured the image of Jumeirah Beach Residence. Beachside apartments are surrounded by every convenience and are created with modern design and aesthetic beauty as primary goals. Around JBR Walk, you can find various restaurants like Five Guys, KFC, Trader's Vick and more. Fine Dining restaurants inside JBR Hotels.

You can enjoy the beach with a full Dubai Ain - Bluewater view and some water sports. You can also go yacht cruise.

The nearest grocery store is "Pick Fresh Mart", 5 minutes from the building, and there's a big grocery store, Waitress, in Dubai Marina Mall, 10 minutes.

It's also less than a 10 minutes walk from the metro and tram. Marina Mall is also nearby on foot, with many shops, a big grocery store called "Waitress", and cafes open from early to late.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

DXB Airport is 35 minutes away by car.
Marina Walk is just 10 minutes away by car.
Burj Khalifa is 30 minutes away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 8 minutes away by car.
Burj Al Arab is 20 minutes away by car.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
