The spacious and elegantly furnished living room offers the perfect blend of comfort and style. It includes two sofa beds, ideal for additional guests or lounging, and a large TV to enjoy all your favourite shows and movies. A sleek dining table is perfect for meals or working from home. At the same time, the room's tasteful décor and ample natural light create a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it an ideal space for relaxation and socializing.

The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax.

The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil culinary requirements. A washer is available for your laundry needs.

This lovely property boasts three well-appointed bedrooms, two featuring queen-size beds and one with a king-size bed. Additionally, a fourth room has a single bed, providing comfortable accommodation for all. The beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The 4.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

This sought-after location offers residents the best of Dubai’s beachfront lifestyle. The property is conveniently situated 35 minutes from Dubai Airport, 20 minutes from Mall of the Emirates, and 30 minutes from Dubai Mall.

The neighborhood boasts a wide range of amenities, including JBR The Walk’s shops, cinemas, restaurants, and direct beach access. Bluewaters Island, home to Ain Dubai, is also within walking distance, offering even more dining and entertainment options. For daily needs, a nearby small supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away, and the area is filled with various restaurants along The Walk JBR.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest's passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.

Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
