This fantastic apartment comes with an open floor plan. The living space features a convertible sofabed, a large sofa and an armchair, a smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for six. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a private furnished balcony where you can enjoy the stunning city views!

The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious meals. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a heavenly king-sized bed, and the second room contains two single beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The bathroom has all the essentials, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your health and safety.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Guests will no longer have access to the building using access cards. They must use the intercom at the entrance, select the option to speak with the reception, and the reception team will verify them via camera before granting access.

Guests can still access the pool using the access card provided.

In JBR, you can walk anywhere for anything. However, if you are looking to explore Dubai, the recommended mode of transportation is a taxi, which is often relatively cheap, depending on the distance. Otherwise, you can find multiple tram stops, and the JLT or Damac Metro stops in the Dubai Marina, which allows you to visit many areas throughout Dubai. Alternatively, Careem & Uber are also available to you from wherever you are.

The nearest train station, Jumeirah Beach Residence 1 (line T1), is just a 6-minutes walk.

Dubai International Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
