This place was amazing. Beautiful, great location, pool and spa were a hit, and amble room for a large family. Having a kitchen / washing room on every room was very nice as well. Short walk to a gorgeous quiet beach.

We had an excellent stay at this property! Highly recommend for a large family! The multiple fridges, dishwashers, living areas, and laundry rooms were a definite plus. The outdoor area by the pool was a good size and had a great view. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Clean, easy check in and check out, loved the laundry and mini kitchens with ice makers on each floor, the beach chairs, pool towels and the pool (as well as the outdoor bath by the pool). Rooms were all very comfortable. A couple of issues came up (one had nothing to do with property mgmt at all) and were resolved very very quickly. Note the boardwalk in the pic is not the one you use but it’s still very easy access to the public walkway:) Would def recommend.

Our 3 generation family of 20 had a wonderful stay in early Sept. The host could not have been more communicative or prompt with the minor issues that we had during our stay. Two things that my family missed were extra towels for beach or pool and also shower gel, but otherwise, the house was well stocked. The kitchen appliances are awesome for cooking for a large group.

The house was beautiful and clean. We had so much fun exploring the rooms I assigned everyone. The pool and hot tub were huge hits as well. The only draw back was there were not enough blankets and several people only had sheets so host, please buy some light weight blankets. We want to come back next year! And also it is really only 9 bedrooms and one extra room has a bunk that sleeps three but no window or door on top floor but the beds were comfortable

This house was the perfect set up for our multi-family trip. With multiple laundry rooms and floors for guests, the house really was thoughtfully designed to accommodate a large group. The location couldn’t be beat - steps to a gorgeous, clean beach. The pool was great (and the pool bathroom being outside was genius), and we loved being able to hear the ocean from our patio. The basement/garage area was fun for the kids with the pool and air hockey tables. The only hangup with this place is that it absolutely is not a ten bedroom home (despite the listing saying so). The last “bedroom” is a closet that they took the door off of. It has a twin bunk bed in there with no air conditioning and no outlets (and is not a legal bedroom). We purposely needed a 10 bedroom for our group (not easy to find), so this was frustrating. Other than this, we loved the place and would return with a smaller group.

The house was great and host was super helpful! Very spacious. Only downfall is the pool/hot tub heater doesn’t work after multiple attempts and people coming to work on it. Overall, the place is immaculate.

The house is perfect for a large group. Every bedroom is ensuite and the whole place is so stylish—straight out of a magazine.The kitchen is huge with 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers- a necessity with a large group.There’s also a separate wetbar with a wine fridge and a beer fridge which was really helpful to keep people out of the way while the cooks were doing their thing.Easy beach access and a lovely view of a Lowcountry marsh with the ocean behind it and deer frolicking right outside.What a spot! Don’t hesitate, you will not find a nicer rental in Hilton Head.

Beautiful, well-appointed house with amazing views! It’s a great spot for a multi-family trip with a balance of common areas and private spaces, and easy access to the beach. As a bonus, the property manager informed us that we could get into the house early— which was a huge win for us traveling with young children. We’ll be back!

Highly recommend!

This home has everything you will ever need. 7 adults and 6 children in my family, and we loved it. Sparking clean, brand new last Fall, close to the beach, close to restaurants and shopping. Very quiet neighborhood with a beautiful park right near.We had a great time and will be back again!

The 10th bedroom is accurately depicted. It is an area with a crib and a twin bunk bed. It is perfect for kids or an overflow for adults but again it has twin beds and a crib. Elevatir access is available for an additional fee (as stated on the website that this guest obviously failed to read).

Wonderful house!

This house was absolutely wonderful. We had a combination of 5 families and our high school graduates. Everyone had space to spread out. The location was great! A short walk to the beach and a park nearby with walking trails and tennis courts. The pool and hot tub were nice in the afternoons! I highly recommend staying here!

Perfect for a group trip!

We had the best time at this property! The house is gorgeous and is even better than the pictures. This house is perfect for large families or a group of friends to come together and everyone have their own space. The beach is a quick walk from the house, making it very convenient. The location itself is a close drive to multiple restaurants and stores, making it easy to pick up whatever you may need for your trip. Fully recommend!

Beautiful home, with many amenities and easy access to the beach. I'd highly recommend it for large groups needing many bedrooms and bathrooms.Our only difficulty was with the pool and hot tub. I paid the extra money (later refunded) for the pool to be heated. I was told it would be set to 90 deg and the hot tub to 100 deg. Neither ever reached close to that temp while we were there (4 days in April), which led to no one wanting to use either. I never understand why the renter cannot have their own control over things like water temp especially since we paid for it. Something to consider in the future.Since the home was so new, there were not many basic kitchen supplies or cooking utensils, so you may have to make a Publix or Target run to stock it up.

Perfect gone for a large group

We needed a larger home for our family. This home was more than spacious. The ground floor had a parking garage for 5 vehicles and the driveway could park 4. Ground floor also included a game room. The 1st floor is the main living area, with spacious family room and designer kitchen. The pool is also on tgis floor. The 3rd and 4th floors had their own laundry rooms, kitchenettes,, tluving arras with tvs

Friendship reunion

Our group truly enjoyed this property as it exceeded our expectations. This property was perfect for our large adult groups (9 adults, no kids) with separate common areas on the the second and third floor and a large enough common space on the first floor for everyone to come together and gather. Great appointments in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Fantastic kitchen built for large gatherings. Spacious outdoor patio with plenty of seating along with outdoor grill. Nice plunge pool and hot tub offering along with an enclosed bathroom and shower off the patio to accommodate guests enjoying the patio and pool area. Also conveniently located near the public entry to the beach along with a nearby park and greenway path. Would definitely book again and recommend to anyone looking for a getaway with other families or friends.
