This secluded 1BR Cottage is located right off the Coast of the Atlantic Ocean with guests having a walking path with direct access to the beach. Balconies off the living room & bedroom are great to sit and relax and enjoy the outdoors. The spacious bedroom area is located on the entire 2nd Floor w/ a Queen Sofa Bed on the 1st floor to sleep an additional 2 guests

-Pets ARE NOT allowed at the property

-The unit is setup as a Studio Loft with no walls or door closing off the upstairs bedroom space to the rest of the home

-The property has 3 different units on it, each with their own secluded
outdoor space but they share the same walking path down to the Ocean off of the parking area

-The beach is composed of small rocks like most of Maine Coastline and is not a sand beach

-The beach itself is on Conservation Land owned by the State and you may see people from the 2 neighboring units accessing the beach

-The front porch in the photos faces the parking area and the 2 balconies face the water

-Grills are available for use late April until the end of November
