-There is a sound machine in the unit to help guests sleep if needed

-The roadway next to the building is Maine State Route 102 that has traffic passing through at all hours. The speed limit on this road is 25MPH, and at times noise from traffic to be heard in the unit, even at night.

-There is another unit above this unit and there is a chance to hear a noise from the other unit.
