Inside, you'll find five bedrooms designed for relaxation, accommodating everyone comfortably. With three and a half bathrooms, mornings will be a breeze. Two separate living rooms offer ample space to unwind, whether you're cozying up by the fireplace with a good book or enjoying movie nights with loved ones. The recreation room is a fantastic addition, perfect for family competitions or friendly gatherings.

Step outside to discover your own private oasis! The large backyard is surrounded by lush trees, ensuring a tranquil atmosphere. Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire property. With our keyless entry, you can enjoy a flexible check-in any time after the designated check-in time on your arrival date and guests can conveniently gain access via the smart lock.

Welcome to the vibrant town of South Haven! Beachside Oasis is situated in a quiet neighborhood and is a wonderfully peaceful retreat while still being only a 10 minute drive into town. Take a step back in time with this towns picturesque views from the downtown strip looking into the harbor where you'll see boats pull in and out from Lake Michigan. This "old timey" town is packed with cute shops and restaurants. From the classic fudge/ice cream parlors of western Michigan to wonderful sushi restaurants your palate is certain to be satiated with whatever you may desire. Forgot your sweater for those breezy nights? Pick up some apparel from one of the many shops on the strip. Head outdoors and be instantly filled with the woodsy paradise that surrounds the area. Take a bike ride or stroll down the famous Kal-Haven Trail. Connecting Kalamazoo and South Haven, this 35 mile trail is said to be one of the best in Michigan. With its smooth terrain and gorgeous views it earns this title very easily. Looking for a little adrenaline rush? Rent an ATV and take to the trails in a more invigorating way or take to the water with a memorable sunset sailing experience. Bring your furry friends along on your next vacation! Please let us know in advance if you're bringing your pets with you. We happily welcome up to two dogs on our premises. A dog guest fee charge of $145 will apply (emotional support included and feline friends are prohibited).

Outdoor furniture may be winterized from December - Memorial Day Weekend. This is winter dependent.

The city of Casco Township allows only 4 cars to be parked on the property. If there are more than 4 cars in your party, please park off site in a public parking lot and carpool/shuttle in to avoid any fines from the city.

All Upscale Lakeshore vacation rentals follow local and state tax rules. Your booking will include applicable taxes, a cleaning fee along with a safety and damage protection policy. We want to ensure the safety and security of our guests and properties. When you book a vacation home with us, you will be required to sign a rental agreement after booking along with completing a verification process. To complete the verification, you will be contacted via email and/or text message. Please be sure to complete this before your arrival, so we can confirm your reservation. Prior to booking, please reach out to us directly if you would like to see the rental agreement. Please review our cancellation policy from our rental agreement below as our cancellation policy varies ever so slightly from those on some booking platforms. Our rental agreement is included prior to completing your reservation and will supersede the cancellation policies listed on some booking sites.

We recommend securing travel insurance to protect your investment should you need to cancel your reservation outside of the allotted window or due to inclement weather or any other factor.
