TLC By The Lake invites you to gather and connect in its thoughtfully designed open-concept living space, where the kitchen, dining, and living areas flow together seamlessly.



Start your morning in the heart of the home - The kitchen. Enjoy the smell of your favorite brew filling the air as your loved ones gather around the dining table. The open layout ensures everyone stays part of the conversation. As the day progresses, the dining area comes becomes more than a spot for meals - It’s where board games ignite laughter, puzzles slowly take shape, and stories unfold, all with the golden backdrop of sunlight through the two-story windows. Make your way over to the living room, sink into the soft seating, and collect yourself before the day's adventure begins.



Be sure that you head out to enjoy the outdoor patio at TLC By The Lake and indulge in all of the simple pleasures offered here. Stretch out in a hammock and let the gentle sway melt your cares away. Share dinners under the shaded canopy of the surrounding trees, then grab a cocktail and take a stroll down to the bluff to catch a sunset. The main-level Master Queen Bedroom offers a peaceful retreat for restful nights with subtle greens that mimic our home's nature-esque setting. The upper-level Queen Bedroom is reminscent of the shoreline in its calming blues, providing a tranquil space to relax and recharge. Nearby, the Guest Bedroom radiates the good vibes of summer with a charming full bed, perfect for quiet moments of comfort. Meanwhile, the Loft Area, complete with a twin bed and trundle, becomes a delightful nook for guests.

Other Things to Note:

Parking: Driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles



Pets: Dogs under 60 lbs. are welcome at this home



Beach Access: Neighborhood provides gated stair access and a private tram-system to access the private community beach



*Miami Park Shoreline: The shoreline at Miami Park can change from season to season. As of late August, the trams bring you down to an sandy area above the waterline, with stairs & steps into the lake at either end of the sandy area



Tram Access: Guests should follow operating instructions listed in the cottage to ensure the trams remain functional for all guests in the community



*Electric trams along the bluff are maintained by the neighborhood association of owners. Shores cannot guarantee daily availability, as closures may occur for repairs, maintenance, or battery recharging.



Stair Access: For the more "active" individuals, there is gated stairway that you can use to access the beach

Your Shores Vacation Rentals team are local area experts who know all of the ins and outs of our beautiful homes in South Haven.



We're available in-person Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, to assist guests in planning their South Haven vacation and providing insider tips for an authentic local experience.



For our incoming guests:



Prior to your arrival you will receive all pertinent check-in information communicated via email and mobile SMS messaging, as well as a local destination guide with our personal recommendations on local eats and activities in the area.



We provide an after-hours emergency phone number to call in case an issue arises outside of our standard business hours. Additionally, we provide you with a mobile SMS number that you can text for non-emergency issues.
