• Marriott’s Sunset Pointe will be undergoing an enhancement project from Nov. 1, 2024, through May 1, 2025. During this time, guests may experience limited-view obstructions if located in this building. Additionally, anticipate minor construction noise between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.

• Throughout 2025, the Town of Hilton Head Island will be completing a Beach Renourishment Project to restore erosion of several areas of the beaches.

• On-site parking is $25 daily/car. Parking is not available for boats, RVs or trailers.
