Starfish House - The Perfect Golf & Beach Getaway in Grace Bay

Starfish House...our 3 bedroom golf course villa is located inside the gates of The Royal Turks & Caicos Golf Club...an easy stroll to Grace Bay Beach. This property is located on the fairway of the first hole and just a few minutes from the Clubhouse in a quiet, residential neighbourhood. It is a bright and welcoming island home that features a private pool, a shaded outdoor BBQ/dining pergola, an outdoor dining table, poolside seating, loungers, and table tennis. It truly has everything you need for relaxing, fun-filled days with family and friends. We provide folding beach chairs, an umbrella, beach/pool towels, and a cooler for your trips to the beach.



The villa includes three bedrooms: a king room with an ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom that can be configured with either two twin beds or one king bed, also with an ensuite, and a third bedroom featuring a queen bed that has a single trundle bed underneath, complete with an ensuite that has both a bathtub and shower. The comfortable living room has patio doors that lead to the pool deck, allowing for seamless indoor-outdoor living. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped for your convenience.



The Royal Turks & Caicos Golf Course is directly across the street from access to Grace Bay Beach, and you’re just a short drive away from various restaurants, shops, resorts, and spas. We recommend renting a vehicle for grocery shopping, visiting the many excellent restaurants, and exploring the island’s beautiful beaches.

-Guests must be 25 yrs of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

-Quiet hours are respected between 11pm and 7am.

-The property is located on an active golf course.
