Ocean View Villa, is a nice Villa, with 3 King bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, sleeps 6 people. . king All the bedrooms and bathrooms are large and well equipped with rain showers. The Villa, it's patio's and property are large and sweeping and there is a great view of the ocean from the balcony.


The property is located on the highest point in the high end gated community of Leeward on the far East side of Island of Providenciales. The gated community of Leeward is well know as the premium villa rental location in all of the Turks and Caicos Islands. The villa has sweeping 220 degree views of the ocean and the Islands to the East, very stunning views day and night. Due to the it's elevated position the large open villa is kept very comfortable by the ocean breezes. The pool (once the largest on Island) is also elevated and has the same views of the ocean and Islands to the East. The pool is private for your exclusive use of your group.

One of the best aspects of Ocean View Villa is it's central location in relation to all the best beaches and activities in Provo Turks and Caicos. It's 1.6 miles to the best (and most private) part of Grace Bay, Pelican Beach. 12 mile long Grace Bay was voted the Best beach in the world by TripAdvisor users in 2016. The Best part of Grace Bay is Pelican Beach. Pelican Beach was chosen as the location of the 2016 Sport Illustrated Swimsuit addition photo-shoot. It's only 1.1 miles to Long Bay beach, which is quickly becoming the kite surfing capital of the Caribbean. It also has what are considered the best conditions in the world for learning to kite surf.
For those who are adventurous the ferry boat to North and Middle Caicos is only .3 miles away. If you want to see the Caribbean at it's raw, totally unspoiled, deserted beach, best, rent a jeep and spend a day on North and Middle Caicos, you will feel like you've step back to the Caribbean of 40 years ago. All the best adventure tour boating is 1.1 miles away at Blue Haven Marina. Boat tours, snorkel tours, party boats, nature kayaking or boarding, waterskiing or wake boarding, scuba diving, jet ski rental, fly boarding, and sport fishing. The top restaurants are only a five minute drive from Ocean Villa. Bottom line the location is near perfect in the gated community of Leeward.

Air Conditioning: Though the trade winds and fans typically keep the villa cool and comfortable, air conditioning is available in all of the bedrooms. We provide a two hundred dollar allowance. Electricity and Water is metered separately. Conservation is encouraged.


Beach chairs, chaise loungers set up at the beach, paddle boards, kayaks, snorkel gear and umbrellas can be arranged and rented from a third party,.
