With sweeping views of the sparkling lake and nightly light show, Palm Tree Paradise has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and is the ideal home for up to 8 individuals.

Upon entering, the guest bedroom, bunk nook, second bathroom and laundry area are to the right. A captivating Palm Tree Paradise neon sign is on the wall as you enter the open-concept kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully stocked, including both drip and Keurig coffee machines. The living area has lake views, balcony access, a beautiful custom mural, sleeper sofa and flat screen TV. Off the living area is the primary bedroom, with a king-size-bed, balcony access, lake views, a flat screen TV and an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity, walk-in shower and garden tub, while the hallway bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The private, lakefront, furnished balcony is a perfect place to unwind after a long beach day and soak in the nightly light show!

With ample room inside the condo, Laketown Wharf`s plentiful amenities are sure to make your time outside the condo unforgettable as well. With 5 pools, 2 hot tubs, beach access, a rooftop putting green and multiple on-site shops and restaurants, there`s fun everywhere you turn!

Laketown Wharf Resort

- There is a $105 one-time resort fee that includes 2 parking passes and 8 wristbands. This fee is not included in the booking payment and is for your entire stay, not per person. A link will be provided, upon booking, for you to pay this fee directly to Laketown Wharf. Individuals 12+ years old are required to wear a wristband.
- A $50 charge will be assessed for each missing or broken wristband upon checkout.
- All common areas and amenities like the pool, gym, front desk, etc. are managed by Laketown Wharf Resort. We do not have control over the working conditions of equipment, maintenance, or availability.
- All amenities, restaurants, etc. are subject to seasonal operation.
- Minimum Age to Book: 21
- No pets, smoking/vaping, parties, events or unauthorized guests are allowed.
- No scooters, golf carts, trailers, RV’s, camper’s or buses are permitted onsite.
- Wristbands must be worn at all times when onsite and left in the condo upon checkout. Fees will apply for any missing wristbands.
- Parking passes must be displayed at all times when onsite.
- Quiet hours are 10pm-8am.
- Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am.
