Dies ist eine 1300 qm große Wohnung am Strand, die von Grund auf neu renoviert wurde! New Küchenschränke, Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl, Granit-Arbeitsplatte, neue Böden, neue Bäder, neue Möbel, 3 neue Flachbild-Fernseher (55 ", 42" und 27 "), neue Matratzen, neue Outdoor-Möbel! Die Wohnung kommt auch mit einer Waschmaschine und Trockner und komplementäre Liegestühle, Sonnenschirm und einen Strand legen, während Ihres Aufenthalts nutzen zu können!

Dieses Gerät ist auf jeden Fall größer als die meisten 2-Zimmer / 2bath Einheiten in der Gegend. Es ist sehr geräumig, frisch ordentlich Dekor, und ein extra großer Balkon mit einem großen Tisch, 6 bequemen Stühlen, plus zwei zusätzliche Stühle auf der Seite. Die Aussicht ist einfach fantastisch und entspannend !!! nur auf dem Bett entspannen Sie in der Master-Schlafzimmer und genießen Sie die herrliche Aussicht, ohne irgendwohin zu gehen! gleichen herrlichen Blick auch gewährleistet, wenn Sie in Ihrer Küche kochen oder einfach entspannen im Wohnzimmer! Dieses Gerät ist für sechs Erwachsene (ein Kingsize-Bett, ein Queen, 2 brandneue Qualitäts Twin-Size-Klappbetten), sondern zwei kleine Kinder unter 12 Jahren auf dem Schnitt Sofa schlafen ausgelegt (bitte bringen Sie Ihren eigenen Schlafsack für diejenigen, 2 Extra kleinen Gäste!). Just absolutely fantastic

Manal says in her bio that this is not just a business for her but rather she’s invested in people having the most amazing vacations. This couldn’t be more evident in the way she has organized her place. She has everything that you would need for a beach vacation: fully stocked kitchen, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, extra pillows, furniture, extra bed and so many towels. I see most places exaggerate how many people can stay there. But Manal’s posting is absolutely accurate. For a family of 3, I felt like we grossly underutilized the place. I was thinking we could have taken another family with us and stayed comfortably. The views from the condo are just absolutely stunning! The big balcony and its accessibility from both the living room and the master bed made this trip so memorable. I fell asleep watching the ocean and woke up to a stunning view. It doesn’t get any better than this!The property is very well maintained. I have stayed at other ocean properties and the sea air does a number on it. But seems like their property management is on top of everything. Painting and caulking every month. Also, with 3 pools and one of them being heated, we could get in the water even when it was a bit chilly in the evening. The beach was quite empty with only a few people who lived on other properties visiting. It was just absolutely perfect! Manal is extremely responsive and very understanding. I can’t recommend this enough.

Family Vacation

Easy to access, park, elevators were very reasonable. The room was right off the elevator, plenty of space for us. Nice spacious balcony, spacious condo and rooms. Could use a little updating but we enjoyed our stay. Pool was nice, beach was awesome.

Condo needs major updates and lots of TLC. New paint and ceiling work, new flooring, updated bathrooms with showers and tolits, adequate dishes and kitchen essentials, new mattresses with mattress protectors, and decent sheets, add more decor to the walls and space. The room and furniture were dirty. We enjoyed our stay on the property and the beach, but I would not recommend staying in this condo to anyone. The space of the condo was good and the balcony was nice size with a beautiful view. It was adequately priced for the experience.

Excellent Value

We enjoyed our stay in this beachfront condo. The check in process was easy. The owner was very responsive, with all inquiries being answered within one hours time. The condo was as advertised in the photographs provided. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. The balcony was very large providing us excellent views of the sunsets. We were lucky and got to see fireworks from our balcony each night of our stay. I have never been to Panama City Beach before and do not know if this is something they typically do or not. The kitchen had enough dishes to cook basic meals, which worked well for us. The pool was well cared for, as were the resort grounds. We took full advantage of the on-site beach access. The property was an EXCELLENT value. We would definitely return. Something outside of the owners control that did dampen our arrival: the gate keeper smelled VERY strongly of vomit upon our arrival. This was the only negative of our entire trip. So, if your arrival is not perfect, keep an open mind, you only have to get your parking pass once! Every other staff member was kind, friendly, and well groomed (without odor).

Great stay overall, but for the price I would have liked to have had a more updated bathroom. We had a couple minor issues but nothing serious enough to hurt our stay. The place was beautiful and I love having a full kitchen and laundry available. We look forward to booking our next stay soon!

Amazing View

This condo has an amazing view of the gulf and the pool. The condo was very nice. It's next to the Elevator. You can hear it going up and down from the master bedroom, but honestly it took me most of the week to realize the noise was the elevator. The guest room could use a gel pad on top of the egg crate on the bed. Lights on the balcony would be helpful. Overall, a great time and a great vacation. Would totally recommend.

Loved the beach!

The view and proximity to the beach was perfect. The pool area was very clean with lots of chairs and tables. Beds were very comfortable. Condo was not very well supplied. We had to ask for dish soap and garbage bags. Pans and skillets could be updated. Hot and cold waterlines are backwards in both bathrooms. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great location with great views

Overall we had a great stay, great views; the bathrooms are not for tall people with low ceilings; The master bathroom is very dark, perhaps a see through shower curtain or a better light would help. Measuring spoons in the kitchen would be nice. This room is next door to the elevator and can be heard in the master bedroom if you’re a light sleeper. During our stay, the pool in front of this unit was very cold we tried the other pools and the temperature was a lot better

Perfect

The condo was big enough for 4 adults, 2 teenagers, and 2 kids with room to spare. It was very clean and multiple sand toys and chairs to use. Perfect location on the beach and the pool was nice, cool and clean. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would change is a light on the balcony. Otherwise it’s perfect for families!
