Would give it a 3.5 but not because of the unit or the host. We got there and window shade had been torn down. Called the host and was fixed in 2-3 hrs. The room is on 22nd floor and the 1st night there was a storm and while on the elevator between the 14th and 15th floor the power went out and we were stuck in the elevator for about 10-15 minutes. Wife had a mini panic attack. Then when we got to our room, it was 78 degrees, the storm had knocked out our ac unit. I texted that night knowing it wouldn’t be until the morning that they would be able to do anything about it because it was after hours. So we had to sleep in an 80 degree room. Fortunately the ceiling fan in the bedroom helped. The host responded the next morning and the HVAC guy came and repaired it before 1 pm so that was good. So, after a pretty bad first day, it was hard to feel great about it, although most of those issues were out of their control. The only other negative was the complex didn’t fully repair the elevators the whole week we were here. So only 2 of the 3 were operational and the call buttons didn’t work so you had to text a number and tell them what floor you were on and they had a person in the elevator with a phone/ipad who would get your text and come to your floor. Unit view is great. Space is as advertised. Host was kind and responsive. Just had all those issues that affected overall stay.
