I feel the host wasn't upfront with the amount of construction that was underway during our stay. They did allow us to move to a different location for a part of the time. This was only offered after I complained to Vrbo.

My stay at The Summit

Overall everything was great, the only issue was one of the elevators was down most of the week making it difficult to get up and down from oir room during peek times.

Our Stay in Marylee's Condo

The condo was as described. It was well stocked with everything you need. There was plenty of room for my husband and I in the condo and the furniture was very nice. We aren't drinkers but lots enjoyed the tiki bar. It was nice to have a place on site to get burgers etc. Parking was never a problem nor were the elevators.

PCB property review

Upon checking in, this was a very nice condo. Marylee made sure to come up and meet me to make it more of a personal experience. It was nice to put a face to the name. She made sure to let me know of all the amenities that were offered, as well as having supplies there to do a basic upkeep of the room throughout the week. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Had a Great Time Despite Some Issues

Property was perfectly located. Unit had everything we needed, and included 2 chairs and umbrella on the beach which was a nice extra. The pools were nice, and having the Tiki Bar was wonderful. We even had delicious cookies awaiting us when we arrived which were happily consumed. Main issue at checkin was that it was apparently fall break for a LOT of the country, and so it was very crowded. Getting a luggage cart to take ours to the condo took about 45 minutes and there was ONLY 1 ELEVATOR working so people had a hard time taking carts back down to the main floor. Had to hunt different floors for a cart. Took us over an hour to get settled into the room. Elevators were an issue until about 3 or 4 days later when they got them all working. Instructions for working the tv in the living room were incorrect, so had to get the correct ones from the office. Bedroom tv did not work at all and maintenance had to be called to resolve. Sliding glass door did not work properly and needs to be fixed. Sink in bathroom was clogged. Asked property manager to resolve but never had maintenance show up, so we finally cleaned it out ourselves. Nasty job but needed to be done. Despite the issues, we really enjoyed the property and the amenities that were included. We would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in PCB.

Nice Vacation Condo

Very Nice Condo, perfect for wife and I. Beautiful beach view. Nicely supplied. Owner answered all contacts quickly. Outside pools, chairs, and property kept clean and in good shape. Bed was mentioned in several other reviews, wife and I thought it was just fine. Elevators would not work properly at times, but are in the process of being repaired/replaced. Listing mentions "Beach service included", not sure what that means as other than beach access there was nothing else offered. Would definitely recommend the property.

Beautiful Condo !!

My husband and I took our baby on her first beach trip and stayed in this condo. It was so nice and relaxing there! Marylee was so nice and willing to help with anything we needed. It was very clean and has everything you need to enjoy a week at the beach. Highly recommend staying here!

Great location pleasant stay

Location was great and condo view was excellent. Condo owner was very responsive to our questions and concerns. Elevators were not working properly most of the time and we did experience some issues with the condo toilet that did not flush properly. Condo owner contacted maintenance however, issue was not corrected or resolved.

All was good except toilet didn't want to flush, shower doesn't drain well, refrigerator took a few days to cool down and it had to be cleaned before we could use it. It was rather gross. Dishwasher smelled awful. Had to run it on the sanitizing setting to clean it. No extra papetowels, trashbags or dishwasher tabs so be sure to bring your own. It was beautiful inside though. This was our second time at the Summit and this condo was far nicer than the other one. Would stay again.

Best rental experience!

Marylee was the best to rent through! She made the process very easy and the condo was just like it was listed. We will rent again from her again. I would highly recommend this unit for anyone!

Great Stay - Good Price

The room was very well stocked with all you need. All appliances and small items are right at your finger dips. The view from the balcony is outstanding and the elevators were fairly quick too. The owner was easily accessible and communicated with me to guide me through all my requests. Thank you for a great stay, and BEACH CHAIRS ARE INCLUDED!

Not a place for old folks in Mar. especially this year.

Between the spring breakers with their loud music til the wee hours, the work on the building starting at 7:15 am. the water main that broke resulting in a boil water alert for days and top that with everything closing down because of the virus. It was a long month.

I understand how inconvenient it was to be in my condo during the beginning of the cofid19 virus shutdown and some repairs being done on the building but people that come during the off season are also given a monthly rate not a weekly rate. Mr. Rohrbeck had nothing bad to say about my condo. It was a comfortable place to "Shelter in Place ". the problems he mentioned I had no control over . The Fall Season is perfect for older adults but those are weekly rates. Marylee Miner (Owner)
