Very Good Communication

The Evolve group had the best communication I have ever experienced when booking a room. Throughout the process the personal contact was attentive and quick to respond. The property was as pictured and described and the resort is top notch for PCB. I would book again without hesitation.

Me and my family stayed in this condo on a last minute trip to go to the beach during fall break. I called Vycki and she was very nice and gave me a great deal on a last minute booking! Upon arrival the condo was very clean, the view is amazing, and it had everything we needed for our stay! I highly recommend staying here! You won't regret it! Thank you for some great memories we made during our stay! I will be renting from Vycki again.

Nice Family Friendly Property

We enjoyed the condo, it was clean and comfortable. The views are amazing! The beach chair service is a nice perk. We enjoyed the multiple pools on property and the ease of the parking garage. The property has friendly security present to keep the pools for Majestic guest use only. The elevators at the Majestic often have a bit of a wait to get on, even throughout the day/week. During check-in, 2 of the 4 elevators were down making the wait even longer - an hour long process in total between waiting for a luggage cart, then the elevator, and then the elevator again to return the cart. There was some minor A/C maintenance done during our stay and the property owner did a nice job communicating with us regarding that.

Wont go back

We arrived to the condo and the code we were sent was wrong. It took a while to get in touch with the property manager. The floor had sand all over it. The sheets and the comforter were disgusting. It looked like dried blood or throw up. We had to go to Walmart to purchase new bedding. The toilet didn't work well and most of the bulbs in the bathroom were blown. I was very dsisappointed!

Yes I accidentally sent this guest the wrong code. In over 15 years of property rentals that has never happened to me and I have taken extra care going forward to make sure that never happens again. Regarding the cleaning and maintenance, I was never notified of any issues but all my guests are told to call housekeeping immediately if there are any problems and to call me immediately if there are any maintenance concerns. Neither of us received any notice and the guest stayed the entire time with no complaints. Myself and my housekeeper strive to provide a clean and safe place to stay and are always very responsive to calls of concern. I believe you will see in my reviews that cleaning has given us 5 stars in most occasions.

Cringy plus bad internet

The main living quarters were nice enough, but bedrooms and bathrooms are dated and feel dirty. The brown carpet in the bedrooms made us want to all keep our feet covered. The carpet definitely needs to be replaced. Baseboards, flooring, and bathrooms in general need some updating… or even just paint. I do not think it was actually dirty, just felt cringy. My husband needed to work from the room and could never get a strong enough wifi.. and he works anywhere! Also , the beach rental chairs allow everyone to set up in front of the nice chairs… so you really need to bring your own chairs. On a positive note, the workers on site were very friendly and the property manager was great at communication. I have never left a negative comment on a Vrbo property , but I was extremely disappointed.

We understand and appreciate the importance of keeping the condo updated and in great condition. It is however impossible to make updates or renovations during the peak season. Now that we are moving into the slow season it is our intention to have the flooring replaced and do other updates that we see as necessary. Our other guests that have given us 5 star reviews have all appreciated the way the condo has been maintained. WIFI in these tall towering buildings can certainly be a challenge, but is unfortunately beyond our control as are the policies of the beach chair service companies. The beach is public property, so it really is difficult for them to control were vacationers put their chairs and umbrellas. We thank you for your business.

Wonderful beach vacation

Understand you are getting a rental and not pristine new place. Happiness is dependent upon expectations. So if you expect really good but not perfect then you will enjoy staying here as we did. Some small issues that were quickly taken care of with 1 text to Vycki. She was excellent to work with. The grounds are well supervised with rules in place to ensure you enjoy your trip. Parking is easy. Only 2 elevators but they are fast. This was easiest unpack/move in process we've ever had. As stated earlier, room itself had some small issues but it's a rental. We would gladly stay here again. Room comes with beach chairs and umbrella. The staff on the beach were very friendly helpful. There was not much storage space in kitchen for food but for a week stay this was manageable. All in all, you can reserve with confidence. Oh btw, fitness center is top notch but was disappointing to have to pay $10 for each use. Other than that we were happy with everything on the property.

Family of 5, Wonderful fall break trip

Originally this trip was supposed to be us and another couple but due to unforseen circumstances they couldn't make it so we switched the dates to include the kids during their fall break. I was concerned fitting 5 of us in a 2bdrm condo since it only had 2 beds and a pull out, but it was next to perfect! An amazing view of the beach, close to elevators but not to close that you could hear them. It was so quiet and peaceful, never heard neighbors unless you were on the balcony. Everything we needed was there! There was even some games to play which was nice for when we needed a break from the beach. Beds were comfortable however if you need to sleep on a cloud these wouldn't be for you. (I like super soft but am used to making whatever available work while on call at work). We loved the building and the easy access to local food spots and stores. I really enjoyed walking the beach in the mornings spotting all the nature. We seen a sea turtle, little sword fish looking fish, sting rays, jelly fish, snow crabs, hermit crabs, dolphins, pelicans and more! We will definitely be back!

Long walk to unit

Gulf view was wonderful but long walk from parking garage to unit was not pleasant for older people. Would not stay here again for that reason.

The Condo is very cute and clean! Perfect for my little family. We prefer places that have beach service with the condo. Beach chairs were available day one. We also enjoyed the l9ading and unloading zone, made unpacking and packing so much easier. Also has plenty of luggage racks avaliable. Kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed to cook breakfast.

We stayed at this property (Majestic beach resort, tower 1) for just two nights after a trip to Disney World. The beach is absolutely stunningly beautiful - crystal clear water, nice and shallow so that kids can wade in, and those beach chairs and umbrella are a very nice touch. Furthermore, the resources at the Majestic are very good too - there are several paths down to the beach, each is fitted with hoses and showers to rinse off the sand, parking is easy and well-organized, and the pools were all great. I only would recommend NOT eating at the H20 beach grill on property. That was a substantial rip off and probably the worst dining experience of our entire trip. But that shouldn't make you hesitate to stay at this property. The layout is great, the property was clean, and it had everything we needed. Absolutely loved our stay.

Thank you for the very thorough review! I am glad you enjoyed Majestic and all that it has to offer. I hate to hear that about H2O, they used to be quite good, maybe it was an off night.

Great family vacay

Visit was great, condo was perfect. Looking forward to returning. As expectedly, elevators are busy.

Gorgeous views inside and our!

Amazing location and beautiful condo. We enjoyed our few days here with all of the amenities including the pools, ice cream, Starbucks and pool bar & restaurant! You don’t have to leave unless you just want to.
