Unit#602 is a beautiful 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo that has a generously sized living room which provides plenty of space for your comfort. This beautiful condo has new LVP floors installed throughout the Living Space. Queen Sized bed in the Bedroom.

Fully Equipped Kitchen with all one could need to have the perfect Vacation!

The Guest bathroom has a walk in shower, as well as the Master. This beautiful condo has a washer and dryer inside the property as a great amenity. Unit#602 also has an assigned parking stall!

Excellent condo and location. Only complaint would be the the homeless, drug dealing, occasional screaming at trees (mental health issues) in the little property across the road....

Quick stay

The condo was nicely renovated and the location was perfect for our stay. Walking distance to lots of restaurants. The view was amazing. Even though there is NO AC with the sliding door open and multiple fans it was a comfortable temperature for sleeping.

Amazing Condo

This condo was amazing! The location was perfect as it was right in the middle of downtown Kona and easy to walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping. The condo was big, clean, and had a large lanai with beautiful views of the ocean. Easy to check in and the property manager checked in multiple times throughout our stay to make sure things were going well.

Location is amazing—the Kona Ali’i is one of the highest viewpoints in Kona. Easy check in and instructions on how to use the key. No AC was a little rough since it was more humid than usual during our stay, but the unit has two very nice standing fans if needed. Some blackout blinds would be nice for the bedroom window, as the light from the walkway is very bright. Overall, we are very active when visiting the area so those things don’t keep us from sleep. There is a Murphy bed in the living area with a more firm mattress but the main bed was softer and just right.
