We had an overall nice stay at this villa. The home itself is spacious, well-located, and has great amenities, making it a good option for larger groups. The outdoor areas were especially enjoyable and added a lot to our experience. That said, there were a few issues that impacted our stay. Cleanliness could be improved—we found hairs in the showers upon arrival. The upstairs bathroom shower also had drainage issues, which made it inconvenient to use. The washer worked but cycles took significantly longer than expected. Additionally, the upstairs bedrooms could benefit from mirrors, and the extra downstairs room wasn’t usable due to humidity and warmth. With some attention to these details, this property could easily be a top-tier stay. Overall, we enjoyed our time but feel there’s room for improvement, particularly in maintenance and cleaning.

Thank you for taking the time to share such thoughtful and detailed feedback. We’re truly glad you enjoyed the spaciousness of the villa, outdoor areas, amenities, and location—and that your group had an overall enjoyable stay. We’re also very sorry to hear about the issues you encountered. Had we known during your stay, we would have addressed them immediately. Cleanliness and guest comfort are priorities for us, and after your visit we replaced our cleaning team to ensure standards consistently reflect the experience we aim to provide. We’ve also since installed a brand new washing machine to resolve the laundry concerns entirely. Thank you as well for pointing out the shower drainage and bedroom mirror suggestions—feedback like yours helps us continue refining the experience. We’ve been actively making upgrades and improvements with the goal of creating an exceptional stay for future guests. We sincerely appreciate your visit and your constructive comments, and we’d love the opportunity to host you again in the future so you can experience the improvements firsthand.

Wow is all I can say! The views of this villa were spectacular! The rooms in this home are so spacious and our group of 13 fit so well. The beds are really comfortable and the AC is perfect throughout the home. Ashly, our host provides everything you need as if it’s your home, she also adds warm welcoming touches throughout the house from fully stocked kitchen, bathroom toiletries and thank you mints! The hammock in the main floor terrace was perfect to take an evening siesta! The pool is beautiful and you have towels, floats, seating galore! The pool view at night is so romantic! The house decore has a beautiful island flare with functional minimalist decore, very airy! Ashley as a host is extremely responsive and has resources available at her fingertips! From chef services, massage therapist to transportation services, she is amazing! All our guest loved the rooms, house and amenities that ones with villa Mimosa! I highly recommend you book your stay here in Rio Grande! Oh, the home is conveniently located to one of the most beautiful beaches in PR, Luquiio. Literally three miles from the villa! You could not ask for more!

Thank you so much, Marissa. This truly made our day! We love knowing your group of 13 felt right at home, and that the pool, views, and little touches like the stocked kitchen and welcome mints landed the way we hoped. Villa Mimosa was designed to feel like a private sanctuary, and reviews like yours remind us why we put our heart and soul into every detail. The outdoor spa hot tub and updated game room lounge are now guest favorites. We'd love to host your group again for round two — the villa will be waiting!
