Very clean well equipped. Master bathtub didn’t work. Only cold water. Other bathtub stopper didn’t work.4th bedroom is a den with a sofa bed. Someone came to fix it but they couldn’t fix either. WiFi slow but that may be the whole property. Also we were glad we rented a car, but the golf cart was great. 6 seater

5 stars all the way... the only thing was the elevator was broken the entire time we were there so bringing our family's luggage up and down was a pain (family of 6!)

Loved our stay

Beautiful and peaceful location with more than one pool as well as lake and boathouse with fun water activities. Lovely beach and beautiful golf course. Very comfortable, well appointed and spacious villa. Nice clubhouse restaurant. Adjoining St. Regis hotel and property with shared amenities. Would definitely come back.

Excellent Stay

We were a group of eight girls and this property was perfect. The unit was just as advertised, the sofa beds were super comfortable, the check-in process was easy, and Alexandra was so helpful and communicative. The grill on the patio was a nice plus and we loved being on the St. Regis property. Highly recommend!!

Perfect Spot for a Family Vacation!

Great apartment, shows as well in person as it does on website. Great kitchen and easy access to several pools and the Bahia Beach Club. We had 7 people stay and it was very comfortable for all of us to spend time together in living room or terrace while also providing plenty of privacy. Only issue we had was that elevator was broken for first few days (unit is on the 3rd floor), but they were able to fix it before our stay ended. Would definitely recommend and would be very glad to stay here again the next time we are in PR.

Great family accommodation

Very clean. Bright and comfortable condo. Mattresses were very comfortable as alluded by all attendees.Resort amenities were easily accessible, with very attentive staff. Grocery store easily accessible- approx 5 min drive as well as the usual fast food options on Puerto Rico. Pool and beach staff were extremely helpful, quick turn around for drinks. Overall a truly relaxing experience. Check in was completely seamless, we were in and out enjoying the resort in a matter of minutes. Thanks again to Alexandra, and sorry for all the questions that were thoughtfully laid out prior to our arrival.

Fantastic quiet family vacation

The place was clean, neat, and in a wonderful resort. We were able to use the clubhouse and golf cart seamlessly. However, plan on buying groceries as the restaurant hours at the clubhouse are inconsistent and the resort restaurants are reserved for hotel guests and residence owners only. We were quite unprepared and disappointed at this as one thing I look forward to is not cooking on vacations. Other than that, the apartment itself is wonderful with plenty of space and equipment to be able to cook meals.

Paradise in Puerto Rico!

If you are looking for a quiet, beautiful and somewhat isolated place to recharge, there my be no better place than the Las Verandas Penthouse adjacent to the St Regis Bahia Mar. Resort privileges provided nearby access to high qualuty food, service and facilities enabling an enjoyable stay for our 4-couple group. The only clarifiation may be that the 4th bedroom is a den with a pull-out couch. Highly Recommended!

Family vacation in paradise

Villa Mango was accurately described and was everything we were hoping for upon our arrival. Alexandra was wonderful in communicating with us and offered many helpful suggestions. St Regis Bahia is approximately 30 minutes from the airport and is somewhat secluded from retail areas, but if you’re looking for a paradise you might want some seclusion. Plan on 20 minutes if you want to leave the property for dinner or shopping. There is not much necessity for leaving the resort. It is spectacular. The restaurants, the pools, the beach, the boathouse, the golf course, and all the other amenities are truly amazing. Villa Mango was wonderful. It was spacious, modern, and comfortably elegant. Make time for the rainforest too!

Luxury and nature in tropical paradise

3 great king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and separate terraces plus tv room that can be used as 4th bedroom with designated bath. Tastefully decorated, spacious, clean. Open concept kitchen/dining/ living rooms. Kitchen had great appliances. Only minor thing was no platters or serving bowls for group of 6 guests staying there (we had private chef cook onsite). Also no pool towels so we had to use bathroom towels. Great laundry room and awesome that rental included 6 person golf cart to navigate the property. Nestled in nature and surrounded by luxury. Magnificent pool and water amenities plus St. Regis amenities such as beach/golf etc. Beware of hotel spa as very poorly managed. As for property management, non-existent. Not responsive, not available, not helpful at all. We lucked out knowing someone local who provided shopping and chef contacts. Owners wasting their money paying this company to manage the property.

Worth coming back!

This villa is just wonderful, it's spacious floor plan is among the largest in Las Verandas with over 2700 sf, plus exterior terraces. It is tastefully decorated in a neutral pallete, with comfortable furniture that complements the space beautifully. Superbly well equiped with all one may need for a vacation rental, but the cherry on the pie was the Breville Espresso Machine, just heavenly. Most importantly the GREAT service Kendra gave us. We needed help working through the A/C system and Kendra came thru sending us a handyman that same evening at 10PM. THANK YOU SO MUCH, WE WILL BE BACK

Bad location and property not well maintained and. Mold, no A/C and broken shower.

My 6 friends and I visited in early Nov. to celebrate our 50th birthdays, a trip that had been in the works for years! We liked the St. Regis…helpful staff, 2 good restaurants and great beach. The rental itself had nice outdoor space, good space to gather inside…that is, when half of your group isn’t sleeping on the couch or on air mattresses. The condo was also way to far from the beach and restaurants. We had to take 2 trips on the golf cart anytime we wanted to do anything at the St. Regis...30-45 min. We arrived to the sound and feel of a wind tunnel only to be told the a/c has been out and since it was so old it would take several weeks to repair. The answer was to bring in industrial fans to move some air around, but there just wasn't anything else they could do. How about, let us know BEFORE we arrive at the apartment???? The property manager did her best to accommodate the fact that half of the place had no AC…that’s right, NO AC. It was in the 90s that weekend…and did I mention that we’re all 50?!?! Additionally, 1 of the bathroom showers didn't work. It wasn’t the birthday celebration we had envisioned. We contacted the owner mid-way through our stay. He kindly agreed that the situation was unfortunate and offered to give us less than 30% of what we paid for 1 night at the condo. For a property of this price, we didn’t feel that was adequate given that half of our party was sleeping in the living room. He went dark from there…and no refund. So, buyer beware. They said they’d “need a crane” to fix the AC so I suspect it will be awhile before this property becomes livable again. However, we noticed there was already a mold issue, which certainly won’t get better in the heat and humidity. We made the best of it…but if something goes wrong while you’re here, don’t expect the owner to be responsive or accommodating.

Family Vacation

The condo was nice but the first impression as far as cleanliness I was not impressed. I had to clean and mop the floor as it was super dusty and dirty. The view was amazing! The resort amenities were beyond amazing! We had trouble with the golf carts but were able to use a spare when needed. The master suite is so hot and hard to control the air flow. The other side is nicely cool and comfortable as far as air conditioning. Communication was easy and very helpful when we needed something. The resort restaurants are so good and staff is so kind. This was one of my favorite vacations!
