Wunderschön eingerichtete mediterrane Villa im Cluster 7 "Vistas Del Cacique" im Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort & Country Club. Dieses herrliche Resort verfügt über einen Beach Club, ein Casino, Spa, Ton- und Harttennisplätze, zwei wunderschöne Golfplätze (der von Tom & George Fazio entworfene Ocean Course und der von Greg Norman entworfene River Course) sowie die majestätischen "El Yunque" Regenwald. Der Gemeinschaftspool der Villa befindet sich direkt gegenüber der Unterkunft. Dieses einzigartige Anwesen verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer und 4 Badezimmer, der Master und das zweite Schlafzimmer haben ein Kingsize-Bett, das dritte Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten und das vierte Schlafzimmer ist das Familienzimmer und ist mit zwei Futonbetten ausgestattet. Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert und der Wohnbereich verfügt über eine zentrale Klimaanlage. Gas Stainless Steel Grill auf dem Balkon für Ihr Grillvergnügen und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allen Geräten, die Sie sich vorstellen können, einschließlich eines Weinkühlers. Insgesamt 4 Flachbild-Fernseher, Waschmaschine und Trockner und ein spektakulärer Balkon mit Blick auf das Resort und den besten Blick auf den Strand. Die Villa verfügt über Kabel-TV und WLAN-Internetzugang. Die Villa verfügt über einen automatischen Notgenerator für die gesamte Villa und eine Wasserzisterne, so dass Sie nie Probleme mit Wasser oder Stromausfällen haben werden. The condo was very nicely decorated and in a great location. It was clean. The property manager was easy to get in touch with & brought us hand towels that were missing & additional bath towels. Since the condo sleeps at least 8, it would be nice to have more plates, silverware and glasses for use. The grill was very nice to have as well. We would definitely rent again.

It is a beautiful compound and the views from the apartment are spectacular. Sitting on the beach and enjoying the warm waves was an absolute highlight. We were not permitted into the Beach Club pool and opted out of the small community pool. We did have some plumbing issues that were eventually rectified. Unfortunately, our golf cart rental turned into a huge hassle from the moment it was denied entry into the compound even though I had the owner's permission. I recommend finding a rental with working golf carts or contact the Wyndham directly to find out about the policy for outside rentals.

Condo was excellent except we couldn’t get TVs to work. Host did not provide timely help. Also ability to communicate with host was limited and difficult. There were other maintenance issues but we were able to work around them. For example the hot water in the hall shower did not work and seemed to be water leak around the toilet. Condo was very clean and had million dollar views. Plenty of room and well designed.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful stay here. This is a perfect place for families. Lots of room with beautiful views of the ocean. You can walk to the ocean, probably 20 minute walk or rent a golf cart. It’s a good location from airport, rain forest and old San Juan.

Great Place!

We were surprised and delighted that this villa was in a safe and gated community. The Clubhouse pool as well as beach access were amazing. This villa was very close to El Yunque and also some amazing Luquillo restaurants. Great space for kids, as well.

Beautiful views!

My family of seven stayed at the condo over Christmas break. Amazing views from the porch. The place was lovely and was tastefully decorated. It was a bit farther from the resort than expected- make sure you look into either renting a car or a golf cart to get around the compound. The back up generator came in handy as well when the island lost power..

Wonderful spring break getaway !

The property was even better in person than in pictures. Our family had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The complex is beautiful and it’s nice to have access to hotel restaurants too. The property manager Yamaira is wonderful, she responded timely to any questions we had and made everything super easy.

WONDERFUL stay!

We stayed at this lovely property to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. The grounds are beautiful, the villa was comfortable and spacious. The owner was proactive with communication and helpful with all of my questions.The check in process was seamless. I would have appreciated a reference sheet on site (where should trash be put? what needs to be done at check-out? maybe some details on the area and what to see/where to go)Thank you for sharing your home! We now have amazing family memories in your beautiful home!

Spring Vacation

We stayed here for spring vacation with our two teenage girls and their friends. The unit was super clean and comfortable- it was perfect for the 6 of us. The beach was a two minute drive and it was easy to rent a golf cart. We were able to have a lot of meals in, which maximized our time on the beach. The washer/dryer was a huge help too. The kids did zip lining about 15 minutes away and spent time at Luquillo swimming & jet skiing and used our beach and pool everyday. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Just a great vacation.

Nice Stay for family

We had a family of 5, all adults and the unit worked well for that type of group. There was plenty of room, private bathrooms and the condo has what you need to prepare some meals in house. We also enjoyed the Beach Club. Everything was as described and we did not have any issues with the condo. We enjoyed our stay so we did not have reason to contact the property manager but they were available. The patio has a nice view of the resort and ocean. I must acknowledge that this unit is a drive to the beach and there are a ridiculous number of speed bumps in the complex. Definitely need a car or golf cart.

Loved it!

My husband, I and our young adult children significant others (8 of us total) just wrapped up a wonderful week at this villa. We loved the location! Beautifully located within the Wyndham property and golf course behind two private gates. The beach was the best we went to all week and we visited several. The beach club pool security gave the young adults wrist bands one day but then not the other days. The said it was for homeowners only. They still served us at the bar/grill, we just couldn’t use the beach club pool or hot tub. There is a pool and hot tub right outside the villa that was always accessible. We loved the balcony and used the gas grill to bbq dinners. Owner provides beach chairs and ice chest which was great. There were several beach toys in a closet too. Everything was very clean. I did go purchase laundry detergent to wash towels while there. I loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. All AC units worked great. We would return!

Loved every minute

Wonderful property! Easy distance from the airport. Walkable to the beach club but we also rented a car and a golf cart and had fun cruising around in the cart. Loved being inside the Rio Mar property. Ate a few meals at restaurants there. Beautiful 2 mile soft sand beach. Villa was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. Comfortable beds. Shampoo/conditioner and body soap in showers. Beach club had a smoothie stand and grill open on the weekends, which was a nice perk. Also have lots of beach and pool lounge chairs available. Super easy trip to El Yunque. Easy drive to Fajardo for scuba and bio bay kayak trip and sunset catamaran ride. Ate lots of dinners in Luquillo. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and looking out at the turquoise water and beautiful property. Even a desk in the 4th bedroom for getting work done. I enjoyed a tennis clinic at the tennis center. So much to do. Pool at complex is super close and very nice for cooling off. Such an awesome vacation was had by all!

Misrepresenting of property

The good:: it is beautifully decorated and a great view of the ocean about a mile or so away The beds were comfortable Bad: One of the bathrooms has black mold on the ceiling. There is construction outside and what sounded like people dropping bowling balls from the floor above. Not a great way to be startled awake The description of the property states it is in a cluster inside the Wyndham, and then describes tennis, golf (which you can do) beach club which also is one of the photos. When I asked the owner recommendations for dining the first on her list were restaurants inside the Wyndham. I asked how we gain entry and since I didn’t get a response I called the Wyndham.who told me we do not have access the the Wyndham grounds. She also apologized saying a lot of owners lie about the properties. I contacted the owner of the villa and she said every other guest was able to gain access. She told me that she would contact them and get it straightened out and call me back. Great. What I did receive was this text: Hi again! After listening to all your inconveniences in the phone call and considering that our experience has always been that they spend a spectacular vacation, we extend our apologies and give you the opportunity to end the rental agreement if you wish and we will process the refund of VRBO from today, Sept 11, 2021. You would have to check out before 8pm and let me know the decision as soon as posible Also the cleanning person in charge of the villa is trying to communicate with you, please let her know if you want to clean or solve any issue in the property Sorry again! M Peñagarícano I responded I responded: So in other words we try to find accommodations on a Saturday for a weekend for a family or we just suck it up No getting us access to the Wyndham, or compensation of any sort for the inconvenience, the noise? Her -at 2:45- Unfortunately we have no control about all that is happening. We would like for you to have a great vacation and not suck it up so I am offering you two options. (1) stay there for the rest of your stay or (2) leave today at 8pm and get your money back (only charging you last night). Regarding the Wyndham, you have access to everything there except swim in their pools nor use their chairs. By the way, nowhere on our VRBO page we included that you have access to the hotel facilities. The pictures we included in the villa’s page, are showing the area where the property is locateed

Hello Mrs. Anne, I am sorry that your stay in our villa did not meet your expectations, we had communication from day one, she was the only one of her group that had problems and it was no the villa his annoyance was because he wanted to enjoy the hotel facilities, we do not offer such a thing, if you can call and make reservations at restaurants, tennis court and golf course. We have two swimming pools, so there is no need to go to the hotel ones, that is for those who stay at the hotel. In relation to the construction, this was not in the cluster, it was outside and unfortunately we did not have control of it, although security was called and the complaint was made, they were given options to cancel and we returned the rest of the money, but they did not. Wonderful family vacay

Our stay was simply wonderful. The villa was perfect for my family. The amenities were an added bonus. The location was ideal and close to all the sites. We would definitely book this property again without hesitation.
