The first floor of the property houses two bedrooms, a bathroom, a laundry room, and a two-car garage. One of the rooms is the bunk room and the other room, located across the hall from the bunk room is a bedroom with two queen beds and an En suite full bath with a stand-alone shower.

The second floor boasts an open floor plan living area, a half bath, and a single queen bedroom with En suite full bath, complete with a shower/tub combo.

The entire third floor is dedicated to the home’s lavish Master Suite. The Master Suite features a king bed, walk-in closet, and a private balcony accessible through a set of French doors. The En suite Master Bath has dual sinks, a jetted tub, and a large stand-alone shower.

Destiny by the Sea is a gated Gulf-front neighborhood of luxurious vacation rental homes. Two boardwalks provide easy beach access for all of the properties in this Destin neighborhood. Neighborhood amenities include, a clubhouse, and a seasonally heated swimming pool. The pool is heated the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year`s. Destiny by the Sea is convenient to many area attractions. It’s within walking distance of restaurants such as The Crab Trap and Pompano Joe’s.
