The fact that it's less than a 3-minute walk from the beach, with restaurants and shopping nearby, makes it perfect for a relaxing vacation. The layout is thoughtfully designed to accommodate guests' needs, with two primary bedrooms featuring king beds and ensuite bathrooms for added comfort and privacy. The addition of a queen bed in the third bedroom allows for flexible sleeping arrangements, accommodating up to 8 guests comfortably. The first floor, with its primary bedroom suite and private bath, provides easy access and convenience, while the second floor offers a spacious living, dining, and kitchen area, along with another bedroom and full bath. The balcony off the living area is a lovely touch, providing a space to enjoy the outdoors. The third floor, with its large primary bedroom suite, living area (complete with a sleeper sofa), and private balcony, is a luxurious retreat within the townhome. It offers plenty of space for relaxation and enjoyment, with beautiful views to top it off. Awesome!!

2 minute walk to the beech. Plenty of room for a family of 6 for the week....and we had grandparents for a weekend....making it 8 and still plenty of room. The kitchen is very well equipped for a weeks worth of cooking. Couple of good restaurants are an easy walk. Road access and parking is easy to come and go. Very likely our first call next time in Destin.

This property was everything it advertised. My sisters and I loved the 3bd/3ba, which allowed us to have our individual rooms, yet share the common space. The unit provided everything that was/is needed, including a salad spinner (which we purchased one prior to checking into the unit). The check-in process was simple and easy. The property was well maintained and clean. We are planning our 2024 Annual Girl’s Getaway at the same unit.

Lovely property, great location

The check in process was very smooth. The property was clean and beautifully decorated. At the time of booking, I didn’t realize that each bedroom was on a different floor (3-stories). It worked out fine. I am on oxygen part-time. The main living area was on the second floor. I just did my best to limit the use of stairs. If you can easily navigate stairs, then this property is awesome. Location is great. Parking is tight.
