Unit A125 is a first floor luxury style condo located at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort (a full amenity Oceanfront Resort) which means, no car, no driving needed to get to the beach.

Unit was completely remodeled and professionally decorated 2 years ago and still maintains a style like no other condo within the resort.

The Bedroom offers a King Size Bed, flat screen TV that folds down from the ceiling! The bathroom has a full stand-up shower with rainfall shower head, marble sink with separate vanity.

The Kitchen has full-sized stainless-steel appliances including; Fridge, Dishwasher, Stove & Oven, Microwave, and a beautiful farm style sink & Keurig for Coffee.
Living Room has a leather Sofa that has full reclining seats!! A Flat Screen Smart TV. Views from the balcony offer sunrise, coffee and spectacular views.

SUPPLIED:
*Towels are provided for your stay. There are 2 sets for the Bedroom. Each set consists of 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel and 1 Washcloth. There is no towel or linen service being delivered each day. This is your amount for your stay.

*Also supplied: Dish, Laundry & Dishwasher Soaps (2 pods each), Kitchen Towels, Paper Towels, 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper, 2-3 Garbage Bags, Pot Holders, Bath Tissues, Shampoo and Conditioner. This is your amount for your stay.

Washer and Dryers are down the hall. 2 pods are provided for you upon arrival. You will have to go to the Convention Center past the Front Desk to purchase a money card and add credit to it. Each load is $3.00

BIKES: Can be rented on the Resort. Not supplied by Owner
BEACH GEAR: Chairs & Beach Towels/Blankets are not provided

The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers onsite Tennis Courts & Pro-Shop, along with Jamaica Joe'z Poolside Bar & Grill, Gators Pizza & Wings, CocoNutz Sports Bar with fantastic Large Screens to catch all the action, Playground, Catch-and-Release pond, Bike Rentals onsite. Just down the road from the resort (about 1/4 mile) you will find Adventure Cove Miniature Golf & Arcade!

CONDO & RESORT INFORMATION
- Check in time is 4:00pm and Check out time is 10:00am.
- Daily maid service is not included in rental rate, each villa is cleaned prior to arrival. Stocked with towels, fresh linen on bed, and a starter supply of toilet tissues, dish soap, hand soap and paper towels.
- Washer and Dries are located in the hallway. You will need to purchase a Money Card at the convention center. They are not coin operated.
- Unit is personally owned and you will be held liable for any damage to the villa & contents.
- NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. (FULL RESORT POLICY)
- No motorcycles. No vehicles with logos, company or business names, construction debris, refuse, or equipment will be allowed within the gated community between 7pm-8am. (Resort Rule)
- Local telephone service is complimentary, long distance calls must be collect or charged to a calling card.
- Rental guests must be 21 years of age or older, or have an adult present in the villa for the duration of the rental period.

-Resort Front Desk is open 7AM - 11:00pm for special needs or emergencies
