We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. Please make yourself at home, your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. We can be reached via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

You are welcome to make yourself at home and enjoy every room and feature of this property, with the exception of two locked supply closets and the garage.

With 3.5 bathrooms throughout the home, everyone has space to refresh. The primary ensuite includes a dual vanity, while the lower level adds a sleek walk-in shower.

From a Pack ’n Play and high chair to a baby bath and children’s dinnerware, the home is fully outfitted for young guests. Kid-proof features like table corner guards and a variety of toys ensure peace of mind for parents.

Neverland’s location places you near some of Arvada’s best natural gems. Explore Ralston Creek Trail, fish or kayak at Arvada Blunn Reservoir, or hike at Apex Park. For indoor fun, the Apex Center offers skating, climbing, and family activities. In summer, cool off at nearby Secrest Pool.

Parking & Arrival Made Easy:
The home includes free parking on premises, with additional street parking available. Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival flexible and stress-free, no matter when you get here.

Exploring Denver and its amazing surroundings is easy with a rental car or ride-share service. Denver's public transportation system is reliable, but it doesn't provide the same level of freedom as having your own vehicle. To get the most out of your stay, we suggest renting a car or using a ride-share service.



Please note that we have moved the air hockey table to the garage to create more space for the Murphy beds. Also note, there is a tool kit in the laundry room, if needed.

Our house is not suitable for parties or loud music enthusiasts. Quiet hours commence at 10 pm. To ensure everyone's comfort, we've installed noise monitoring devices that gauge decibel levels during these hours; please rest assured, that they do not record or listen to audio.
