Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms comfortably sleep up to twelve guests. Upstairs, the master suite features a king bed and private ensuite bathroom. A second bedroom offers two twin beds, while a third includes a full-size bed. Downstairs, you’ll find a queen bedroom and a bunk room with two sets of twin beds, perfect for children or extra guests. Each room includes soft linens, room-darkening shades, and thoughtful touches to help you unwind after a day of adventure.

Living areas & entertainment
The main level’s open layout invites easy conversation, connecting a welcoming living room, a six-seat dining space, and a well-equipped kitchen. Large windows bring in natural light, while a plush sectional offers space to relax. Downstairs, a second living area doubles as a game room with foosball, cornhole, and board games. Sink into oversized bean bags for a movie night on the 55" smart TV or enjoy a friendly competition after dinner.

Kitchen & dining
Prepare meals with ease in the kitchen stocked with stainless-steel appliances, a smart refrigerator, and all the essentials for cooking and dining. This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, expelled and be threatened with civil prosecution.

Keep in mind this neighborhood has children outside playing at any given time. Speeding will not be tolerated. Please do not exceed 15 MPH when in residential neighborhoods.
