-Upon request and availability, early check in at 12pm may be available for a fee of $100. Guest must communicate this prior to reservation, as this is not always available due to previous guests checkout time and cleaning staff availability.
-No early luggage drop-off available due to cleaning protocols.
-This property features exterior security cameras on the front porch, the garage, and back porch. These do not look into any interior spaces
-If the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition requiring any additional cleaning, the guest will be charged an additional minimum cleaning fee of $500.00, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
