Everything was great! Themed rooms were fun. Great areas to lounge around and socialize. Kitchen was not terribly large, but worked for our needs. It was a perfect spot for our group for a long weekend visit to the Denver area.

What a great place! One of the most fun rentals my family has ever stayed at. The hosts clearly put a lot of effort into the custom game-themed rooms (hand-painted murals), and great communication before, during, and afterwards. Would love to visit again some time.

Great spot close to I-70. Kids loved the themed rooms. Place has plenty of room and potential. However cooking pans were low quality, struggled with pancakes. And the hot tub needed to be cleaned.

What a wonderful little house, my grandkids loved, loved the downstairs games, and how the rooms were decorated. The upstairs rooms were a bit hot, at night. Great location, close to the water park.

Amazing place! Super kind owner and had SO much fun here. Was so stoked to show everyone the cool rooms. Only problem is the driveway which is a little hidden but nothing a quick U-turn can't fix :)

Great Host Great Property

The host was incredibly helpful and responsive both before and during the trip. We had one member of our party getting into town several hours before check-in. We asked if they could drop their bags and the host was kind enough to not only say that was fine, but to let us know that the property was already cleaned and ready and that they were welcome to go ahead and access it a few hours early. While I wouldn’t expect this would always be the case, it was super appreciated that they were accommodating where they could be. The gas tanks for the grill and fire pit were both plenty full for our use and the hot tub worked without issue. The kitchen was clean and had plenty of dishes, pots, pans, knives, and basic grill tools. The host provided dish soap and several laundry pods. There were also ample towels for the hot tub. The Tetris room and Pac-Man room are both upstairs. The remaining bedrooms are downstairs. There is one air conditioning unit for both levels, downstairs gets pretty cold in order for upstairs to be comfortable so keep this in mind when booking if you have people with accessibility issues or who run hot or cold. We found that it was nice to have the option of sleeping at moderate or colder temperatures. I would book with this host again.

Favorite Denver VRBO!!

From our family to yours - WOW! What an absolute perfect rental for a family. The kids loved it & say we’ve got to come back the next time we stay in Denver! Everything was ship shape, spotless & inviting! All the themed game rooms were adorable! It seems you thought of every amenity: cozy new bedding, fresh fluffy towels (additional ones for the hot tub!), & even a sound machine in each room! The kitchen was stocked to perfection, & the sleek-styled black dishes, utensils, bowls, were beautiful. The backyard is so adorable; we especially enjoyed cornhole, the hot tub, & sunny deck for morning coffee. We didn’t see the tabletop gas “fire-pit” until just before we left, but will have to take advantage of that the next time we come. And the nook of board games - so fun! The only warning I would give to families with small children is that the house is on a busy street. So you’d need to keep a very very close eye on little ones. I wish we’d asked you how to turn on those cool circle lights in the Mario room. My daughter was intrigued, but we couldn’t figure out how to get them on. The whole place held such a spirit of joy & fun. Exactly what we needed for the perfect family getaway! Thank you so much for your hospitality!
