We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. Please make yourself at home, your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. We can be reached via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

You are welcome to make yourself at home and enjoy every room and feature of this property, with the exception of two locked supply closets and the garage.

If you have any questions or need recommendations for activities and sights in the area, your hosts are readily available to assist you via booking app, phone or text. The home features a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access during your stay.

Inside, you’ll find places to gather, play, and recharge, whether it’s a lively movie night in the theater room, a round of air hockey in the game room, or quiet time with a book in a cozy corner.

Sleeping arrangements
This home accommodates up to 13 guests across five bedrooms and flexible spaces. Four private bedrooms are upstairs, each prepared with soft linens, room-darkening shades, and extra blankets. On the lower level, twin XL Murphy beds are separated by curtains for added privacy, and an air mattress offers additional sleeping flexibility. Extra pillows ensure everyone has a comfortable rest.

Entertainment and relaxation
The dedicated theater room features a 75-inch Smart TV with reclining sofas, creating a true movie experience. For more active fun, the game room includes Xbox, Oculus VR, Nintendo 64, air hockey, and arcade favorites like Pac-Man and Star Wars pinball. Board games, a swinging chair, and sectional seating make the space versatile for groups of all ages. Children have their own retreat in the KidzKorner, filled with books, bean bags, and plush toys.

Outdoor living
Step into a backyard that balances energy and calm. A hot tub with seating for up to 10 invites you to relax beneath the stars, while the fire pit and patio are perfect for gathering late into the evening. Outdoor dining, a BBQ grill, and comfortable furniture make it easy to enjoy meals al fresco. Music from the record player or Echo Studio system sets the tone for time spent outside.

Kitchen and dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes appliances such as a blender, rice maker, coffee maker, dishwasher, and microwave. Cooking basics, dishes, and ample cookware are provided, with a dining table that seats 12 for shared meals. The outdoor dining area adds another option for group gatherings.

Work and wellness
Two dedicated workstations with natural light, monitors, and high-speed WiFi support remote work. For wellness, the home gym offers a punching bag, weights, rowing machine, and yoga mats. Scenic walking and biking trails just beyond the property provide another way to stay active.

Family-friendly touches
Traveling with children is simple thanks to a crib, Pack ’n Play, high chair, baby bath, children’s dinnerware, and table corner guards. Toys, books, and babysitter recommendations are also available, ensuring younger guests feel at home.

Neighborhood
Located near Ralston Creek Trail, the Arvada Blunn Reservoir, and Apex Park, the property offers easy access to kayaking, climbing, and hiking. The Apex Center adds indoor climbing and ice skating to your options, while Lake Arbor Park and Secrest Pool provide warm-weather activities. Olde Town Arvada’s shops, dining, and coffee houses are just minutes away, and Golden, Denver, and Red Rocks are all a short drive.

Exploring Denver and its amazing surroundings is easy with a rental car or ride-share service. Denver's public transportation system is reliable, but it doesn't provide the same level of freedom as having your own vehicle. To get the most out of your stay, we suggest renting a car or using a ride-share service.



Please note that we have moved the air hockey table to the garage to create more space for the Murphy beds. Also note, there is a tool kit in the laundry room, if needed.

Our house is not suitable for parties or loud music enthusiasts. Quiet hours commence at 10 pm. To ensure everyone's comfort, we've installed noise monitoring devices that gauge decibel levels during these hours; please rest assured, that they do not record or listen to audio.
