This place must be newly built. Very clean. Top notch amenities, sheets, appliances and even utensils! Can't beat the location - walk to State street, Funk Zone, or the beach and marina! Covered parking too! The roof deck was great for having lunch or working remote. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome family stay

We are a family of 5 with kids 9, 11, 13 and the two bedroom, two bathroom apartment was great for us. Our teenager stayed on the couch and they had well-organized extra linens in the laundry room. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We brought bikes which was perfect for getting around. This is two blocks off State Street and easy to get to the wharf, marina and beaches and also the shops and cafes on State Street. Loved the design of the space and everything from the comfort of the towels and sheets to the white noise makers, dimmable table lamps, and packs of ear plugs and eye masks were really well thought out to make this a 5-star stay. We are already thinking of coming again next year. Thank you!

Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed your visit! We’re sorry we didn’t have the opportunity to assist with the sleeper sofa bedding during your stay. The sheets are typically kept in the closet, with additional sets available in the guest storage, and we would have been happy to help had we known. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to have the pleasure of hosting you again in the future!

Going to a college town for graduations is going to. be costly, and this lovely place was no exception. It's meant for 4 people which would make the rent more reasonable than it was for us. The bedrooms are especially generously sized with lovely ultra comfortable beds. All furnishing were both comfortable and fashionable.
