Everything is brand new, tastefully curated and was a perfect little stay for our trip! Absolutely loved it and will definitely stay there again next time we go back to Santa Barbara!

This was an exceptional place to stay. There were many useful amenities. The apartment was very clean and the layout is designed perfectly for privacy in each room. Excellent location and safe neighborhood. The fridge was stocked with water for no additional fees and the bathrooms had plenty of towels. Host was very responsive to questions and made our trip stress free. I would definitely stay here again.

What a remarkable..lovely place to stay This property offers the best of the best... The decor reminds me of Restoration Hardware… first class All the way...!! The rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable..The unit also offers a balcony and roof top lounge. There was also ample parking & the location is ideal to State Street and the beach I can't say enough about this property I highly recommend!!

Beautiful Apartment, Great Location, Lovely Stay!

We stayed three nights in September, 2024 and were very impressed with this apartment. It was perfect, comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed (even a spice rack). Appliances were modern, check-in was easy, and the location was ideal to State Street and the beach. The outdoor space was especially great for enjoying a nice glass of wine on the rooftop deck. It was an amazing experience all around!

This unit was absolutely beautiful! Every detail was perfect and so comfortable! Would have loved to stay longer. So pleasantly surprised how roomy this unit was and so comfortable, quiet, clean and new. Enjoyed every minute we had here. Would love to come back or try other zipstay properties!

We stayed three nights over a weekend. Very efficient check in and check out process. Super responsive and professional support staff. Unit was very clean, well equipped, and everything worked. The building and grounds were well maintained. (The building is still new.). Very peaceful and quiet. Very well managed. We had an enjoyable stay. My compliments.
